Clean, comfortable and location
Asked about parking and answer was yes; but it is street parking which was limited.

Very Poor
We stayed two nights and left with a poor impression, largely because of our experience at reception.
We were charged €38 in city tax for two people over two nights. Milan's tourist tax for a 3-star hotel works out to under €30 for a stay like ours, so the amount didn't add up. When I paid with a €50 note, the receptionist said she had no change and told us to come back the next day. When we returned, she seemed surprised we'd remembered — and then told us the water bottles on the mantelpiece, displayed next to a "thank you" note, were actually €1 each rather than complimentary. The whole interaction felt misleading and got the stay off on the wrong foot.
The room had further problems. The shower had no hot water and very weak pressure — likely because the hose was leaking and spraying water directly from the wall connection.
Given the confusion around charges, I'd think carefully before booking here.

The location was excellent. The A/C was cold. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again!

The location was great. The service was very good. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
There really isn’t much not to like. I would have preferred a curtain that covered the street lights and the sunlight but it was not that big an issue. It really is a great place and I would stay there again.

Wonderful
Classically beautiful property with modern amenities like remote controlled A/C. Lovely balcony overlooking a garden. Convenient location for accessing public transit. Extremely good value.
It felt a little unusual not to have staff physically present much of the time (though one can only enter the building if they have a code—it’s not a safety issue). But I was able to use Whatsapp and have my questions answered as late as past 10 pm.

Very Good
Beautiful room and close to a nice location with fabulous cafe’s/restaurants.
Pillows weren’t very comfortable, not on the nicest street itself (although we never felt unsafe, just not very pretty).

Sonya is a charming and responsive woman. I liked the hotel very much. Good location in a quiet area not far from the castle. Very good quality of the hotel.

Wonderful
The staff was very warm and helpful.
Also, our “room” was actually huge, the size of a small appartment really. There was bedroom, office room and balcony.
Very good location, it was quiet neighbourhood, but near the city center and trainstation.
We had check in booked for 15, but we arrived at the hotel a lot earlier. The staff let us in the room earlier.
The staff did not speak english, so it would be helpful to know some italian. Nevertheless, the staff managed to communicate with us.
Breakfast is not included in the price, it will cost extra 10 euros per person. In my opinion, it is not much, as they offer coffe, tea, fresh bakeries and other goods.

Very Good
Very clean & well kept. Comfortable bed. Downstairs sitting area had beautiful traditional decor. Nice simple breakfast.
My room (#5) had very dim lightning.
My room overlooked the street with a wire fence & the police station.
