The location was great. The service was very good. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
There really isn’t much not to like. I would have preferred a curtain that covered the street lights and the sunlight but it was not that big an issue. It really is a great place and I would stay there again.

Classically beautiful property with modern amenities like remote controlled A/C. Lovely balcony overlooking a garden. Convenient location for accessing public transit. Extremely good value.
It felt a little unusual not to have staff physically present much of the time (though one can only enter the building if they have a code—it’s not a safety issue). But I was able to use Whatsapp and have my questions answered as late as past 10 pm.

Beautiful room and close to a nice location with fabulous cafe’s/restaurants.
Pillows weren’t very comfortable, not on the nicest street itself (although we never felt unsafe, just not very pretty).

Sonya is a charming and responsive woman. I liked the hotel very much. Good location in a quiet area not far from the castle. Very good quality of the hotel.

The staff was very warm and helpful.
Also, our “room” was actually huge, the size of a small appartment really. There was bedroom, office room and balcony.
Very good location, it was quiet neighbourhood, but near the city center and trainstation.
We had check in booked for 15, but we arrived at the hotel a lot earlier. The staff let us in the room earlier.
The staff did not speak english, so it would be helpful to know some italian. Nevertheless, the staff managed to communicate with us.
Breakfast is not included in the price, it will cost extra 10 euros per person. In my opinion, it is not much, as they offer coffe, tea, fresh bakeries and other goods.

Very clean & well kept. Comfortable bed. Downstairs sitting area had beautiful traditional decor. Nice simple breakfast.
My room (#5) had very dim lightning.
My room overlooked the street with a wire fence & the police station.

Lovely old house with high ceilings, and furnished with style.
Proximity to Parco Sempione for running and a nice way of walking to the Duomo centre
Tram stop just around the corner very handy, as the nearest Metro (underground) station is 15 mins walk away
Kettle in room (but no longlife milk for tea and coffee)
Fridge and small mini bar
Useful large Carrefour supermarket very close
Could leave baggage in the building after checkout
Front door was faulty and awkward to close
10am checkout is quite early

Beautiful stylish 6- room hotel. Spotless, quiet, good beds.
No elevator, owner no English. Location is good if you want to be near Cadorna station to get to and from the airport easily, but a ways from the center or restaurants
