The property is fairly new by the looks of it and is well appointed. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. All facilities were available and there was very little to be disappointed about
There was a lack of instructions in the room about the air conditioning and this does not work when the window is unlocked. We only found this out by chance. If the window is closed but the lock not fully shut then air conditioning will not work

We stayed for a special occasion as a family and everything from arrival, to facilities little extras we might have needed - nothing was too much trouble. Location is about a 20 second walk from the metro and area has lots of nice eateries from budget to more upscale. Genuinely lovely staff, really clean and comfortable rooms with nice touches (lots of towels, grown alchemist toiletries, good lighting, filtered free water, space for hanging etc) love the bar and coffee in the lounge too.

Located at the core of the City, all the main attractions, and lots of restaurants were within a 20 minutes walk.
The breakfast was excellent.
The room did not offer a lot of storage for clothing. And the room being on the smaller size, it could be cramped with suitcase on the floor.

Very clean, aesthetic, amazing breakfast, outstanding staff, especially Paula at the reception.
Very good location. The lobby has plenty of of seats, a bar to catch a coffee and snack, glass of wine, working stations.
The rooms are very naked. Extra arm chairs would do the job. The desk is tiny

Guest terrace and patio for sun or shade.
Breakfast in a sunny breakfast room was excellent. Fresh fruit cocktail, hot or cold selections, pastries and even walnuts in the shell. The owners and staff are very accommodating.
The hotel was a bit of a climb and rather difficult to find. It is a gem and worth any effort though.

Pillows very uncomfortable and unfortunately completely ruined the sleep which otherwise would be very good, as hotel is calm and quiet.
