Very clean, excellent decor, great location. The staff were super friendly and they kindly gave me a complimentary upgrade to a bigger, nicer room.

Second time, great location, very comfortable room.
It’s a bit strange that you can’t control the air conditioner in the room and that it was still set on cold, even though we would’ve liked to change it to heat and couldn’t even when we asked because it was at the season..

An excellent hotel—it’s very well-located, being extremely close to the metro station and within convenient walking distance of the city center. The staff also provide high-quality service; for instance, they even delivered our stored luggage directly to our room. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Milan.

Location was perfect, central to everything. Loved the breakfast, great choices but not overwhelming. We had a meeting with clients, followed by lunch upstairs. The atmosphere was relaxed yet professional and the staff were attentive and fun.

The A/C is centrally controlled, so the cooling was a little hot for me. However, everything else was perfect, especially the location and the staff. Very nice hotel.
