We had a very good time staying at this place, even that we did not meet the personal in person, everything was done through WhatsApp but the person we contacted was helpful. He did very good instruction to visit the city center. There is a grocery store right inside the parking lot. And the location is close to the public transport.
The only - things I can tell, the shower was very small ant the parking spot was very narrow.

They were painting the stairwell. Random maintenance workers were using the shared bathroom (all rooms were occupied by my party). Trash outside of downstairs restaurant smelled bad. Had to pay additional to use air conditioning unit.
Not at all worth €200*.

It was in a nice lively location. Free parking available. Caffe and supermarket downstairs.
- At checkout, the woman handling our stay texted us to leave around €40 in cash in the room for the "obligatory city tax". When I asked for a formal request, she said she’d send it the next day, but never did. I called to follow up before we checked out, but got no response. If it's truly obligatory, ignoring my request feels shady at best.
- Our shampoo was stolen from the shared bathroom.

Staff was so helpful and professional. On WhatsApp he/she managed the check in process easily. Especially it was so good to have a parking place freely.
In the bathrooms there were some objects that someone else have. There was not soup.

The location was very good. Next to a public transport station and stores. The staff was really nice and very helpful.
It's a shared space, and someone was always trying to go inside our room or the bathroom.

Bed sheets too old, no AC, no window, has a balcony bit it enters to other places it feels unsafe. In the morning someone walked through our balcony and i saw someone walking on my balcony i was scared to death. And also he asks extra money after check in he said its taxes but i already paid it by an app. I would say be careful

It was clean, tram stop was close.
We reserved Quadruple room. But this room price were for only one people. they charged us 35 euro extra for each person. and because of that we have to pay 105 euro more. We were little bit cold, and we said that to staff. But they just say they don't have remote controller for air conditioner, also they don't have luggage room. They dont have elevator, the house on third floor.
