The room and facilities were very nice and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the train station, bus stops, and tram stop. The staff were really kind and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. I had a great experience overall!
The hotel itself was fine, but it’s quite far from the city center. It took a long time to reach the main attractions, which was a bit inconvenient.

I arrived late at night with the last shuttle bus from the airport.
It was an easy 7-8 minutes walk from the shuttle dropoff at Milano Centrale.
Omar was at the front dest, he was nice & welcoming.
He processed everything quickly, so I could go to bed ASAP.
The room was spacious, well decorated, clean & the bathroom was very spacious.
A complimentary bottle of water, which can be refilled at the front desk at anytime.
I wanted to stay another night but the hotel was fully booked.
I was supposed to travel to Bologna, but I was invited to an event in Milan so I decided to stay.
However, Silvio was amazing, he allowed me to stay a bit more in order to finish some work on my laptop & mail it.
He was so kind to help me find another hotel for the next night. He was really wonderful.

The last bit of the way to the hotel was a bit scary, but it's because I'm a woman, I was alone and it was 1am.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Room was very comfortable and clean.
My own fault, since I don’t speak Italian, but I did not understand exactly how to make the electricity come on in the room. Upon asking the front desk again, he made it clear, and followed up to make sure it all worked.

Location was convenient, very proximate to the train station and food. I loved the breakfast, home-cooked, very local fare.

The room was thoughtfully designed. Although the room itself was small, everything was laid out so well that it felt very comfortable to move around and very convenient. We did not feel cramped at all. There were even small extras that you don't immediately notice, but make your stay even more comfortable, such as an automatic night light in the bathroom to ease the eyes, and not flood the room with bright lights in the middle of the night. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would love to be guests here again.
This is not a complaint, but feedback on design decisions in case of future renovations. The only improvement could be a more conventional sink. The room had a tall, bowl-shaped sink with a centered faucet, making it harder to lean in to wash your face and causing splashes.
