That they entered to my room after it was already cleaned, to drop off some gummies. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

The room was nicely decorated, good lighting and comfy bed. Manu Italian beds are rock hard, this one had a nice top layer. Staff was very friendly.
The breakfast options were a bit limited if you don’t like all the sweet pastries. The scrambled eggs were dry, the next day I took a boiled egg and it was completely cold and overcooked. For many people, an omelet, scrambled eggs or a nice soft-boiled egg are a key component of their breakfast. I guess this is more Italian as the sweet options were available.

WorldHotel Casati 18 was the most stylish hotel we stayed at this entire Europe trip. It has the coolest breakfast area. Unfortunately, our time in Milan was short, and we didn’t appreciate how convenient the hotel location was until the morning we were heading to Milan Central Station. We hope to return when we pass through Milan again.

An absolutely wonderful stay. The room was spotless, quiet and much more spacious than we expected. What really made the difference was the staff — warm, genuinely helpful, and always one step ahead. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a highlight in its own right: beautifully prepared food and attentive service without any fuss. We’d come back without hesitation.

Wonderful
Rooms where great, the rooms decor was very conservative and up to high standards, reminded my of the Carlyle Hotel in NYC, breakfast was very good, but a dedicated traditional expreso coffee machine and a barista behind it would've been superb. Location was perfect for us for walking to and from every interesgt we had, for longer distances a taxi sufficed.
AC in the rooms could've performed better, didn't cool much. But it is a general adaptation most European hotels need to work on now, climate change is real, summers in Europe are getting hotter.
