This stylish hotel in beautiful porta venezia is an absolute gem.
The staff is warm and welcoming, available 24/7 and always with a smile and a tip.
The decor and art are lovely and inspiring.
The lobby offers free beverages and snacks throughout the day.
The breakfast is vast and delicious with fresh fruits and vegetables, and you can enjoy a free buffet through most of the day.
The room is fully equipt with espresso machine and tea pot and complimentary mini bar and slippers.
The walk to the Doumo is 30 minutes but the way is very beautiful, or you can use a metro station, whish is right outside the hotel.
No doubt in my mind I will be returning to this hotel at my next visit to this beautiful city.

Every single staff member was professional to perfection.
The hotel offered multiple complementary buffets free of charge.
It was spacious and comfortable even in the lounges.
The hotel private car service was very helpful as well.
Davide was a literal angel and arranged for a surprise in our room for my wife's birthday.
The walls are pretty thin. you can hear every word being said on the corridors and the cleaning service from adjacent rooms woke me up every morning. windows are pretty thick though so you can't hear street noise.

I was disappointed about lounge, dining room and breakfast itself. Dining room seemed very basic for 4* hotel. Feeling like at station, just a little bit smarter. Space at reception for guests - too small, just few chairs. What if crowdy? But the biggest disappointment was avocado served for breakfast. It was not in common plate but served specially for request which hotel offers. I was surpirsed it was brown/old and it was served with a smile. Really? At 4* hotel? I don't eat such even at home! Besides free snacks while staying and about which everyone leaves good reviews were very average. Have travelled a lot and seen a lot so can say - it's definitely not a level for 4* hotel. Wrote about this to hotel. They offered discount when I will return. Really? Do they think to get customer back after such experience. This hotel was in a self-treating plan to enjoy luxury. Paid more than 200 EUR. Definitely overpriced! Not just about a breakfast, but overall! Stayed next night at 3* hotel and service, level was better. Yes, can't complain about guys at reception, but restaurant - such a shame! I saw a waitress there taking towel from wine bucket, she cleaned a table with it and then wrapped a wine bottle. Really! I got to know she is leaving this job in few days. It seems se was not happy working there.
