I had a wonderful stay. The refreshment selection was excellent, offering a great variety of food and beverages. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were consistently cordial and helpful throughout my visit.
I have no complaints about my stay. While we did experience a brief power outage, it was resolved very quickly.

The staff is amazing, very helpful, very nice, extremely polite and friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze and getting assistance was great and timely. Maria was also very very nice.
The room was good, not huge but considering the building it was great. It was clean, well kept and the amenities were great. Minibar was included, and we had all we needed. The room has A/C, storage and a safe box. The windows are good so it was very quiet and we slept great (couldn't even hear the other guests even when they were closing their doors).
We opted for the breakfast included option and it was a great buffet with a lot of choices (just a little bit repetitive if you stay few days). They also have snacks/food available daily and that is a really really good perk. We absolutely loved it especially when we were doing pit stops between our events in our busy schedule.
The gym was top notch, not big but good enough for the size of the hotel. The little terrace was nice to hang out after a busy day.
The location is great, 15min walk from central station, 5 min walk from major public transportation, you can get anywhere in the city very very quickly. I would argue that it's better than picking a hotel right by the duomo because it's a bit more quiet and peaceful, yet you can get anywhere quickly and pay less.
I definitely recommend this hotel, you can't go wrong.
Honestly it's more nitpicking rather than "didn't like". The hotel was built in a historical building so I understand that space is precious but the shower was a bit on the small size. If you stay more than one or two days the breakfast buffet is excellent but a bit repetitive.

This hotel was fabulous! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The location was great. 15 minute walk/5 minute taxi ride to central train/bus station and a 5 minute walk and 5 minute metro ride to the Duomo. Super convenient. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast great. They have a 24/7 snack bar available with free snacks and drinks. The mini bar in the room was free as well and restocked every day if necessary. The room was great! Spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

The staff were really amazing and offered lots of guidance whenever I asked. The location of the hotel was perfect to reach all of the olympic sites and city center. I had a really great experience at this hotel!

Everything! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the metro and only three stops from the Duomo. While the exterior of the hotel doesn’t immediately impress, the inside is modern, spotless, and very welcoming.
The entire team deserves praise: they are truly customer‑focused, positive, cheerful, and always ready to find a solution. I loved the welcome macarons and the “Make a wish” card, and the surprise chocolate on Easter Sunday was such a thoughtful touch.
Overall, a fantastic experience and great work by the whole team!

My best friend and I stayed at AXYHOTELS InnStyle Milano during a girls’ trip to Italy, and it genuinely exceeded every expectation.
The hotel is beautifully designed — modern, stylish and immaculately clean. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the rooms thoughtfully equipped.
What truly sets AXY apart is the exceptional range of complimentary extras. The free snacks, tea, coffee and evening aperitivo spread were all outstanding quality, generous and genuinely enjoyable rather than the token gesture you find at most hotels.
The gym was a real highlight, brand new, spotlessly clean and brilliantly equipped. The staff were warm, professional and genuinely helpful throughout.
Location is perfect -steps from Corso Buenos Aires and a short metro ride to the Duomo.
If you’re visiting Milan, stop searching and book this hotel. We’ll absolutely be returning. Thank you AXY for making our trip so special! ??✨
