This hotel is a true 4 star! The 4 star rating is credited because of an amazing staff who have clearly been trained in the art of customer service ! Everyone was so helpful, kind, and courteous and, with a smile!..The hotel is beautiful and the perks of available refreshments 24/7 is a plus!..
The location was a little surprising..Did not realize how out of the way it was..Metro nearby, but we took taxis. Approximately 20 minutes to central Milan. Some restaurants around and within walking.

Amazing location, amazing welcome, amazing staff. Honesty was a woow hotel with a very nice equipped rooms. Free brunch from 12pm to 5pm. Free aperi dinner buffet , Free mini bar, Security, atmosphere , friendly, facility all were 10/10. Highly recommended

Clean, modern rooms, super friendly and helpful staff - they were really excellent. The food and snacks were much appreciated! I would stay there again!
Rooms were quite small - we were crowded as we were there for 3 weeks on business. Air conditioning was only OK - rooms could have been cooler, especially when waking up at night. The breakfast room was usually not air conditioned in the afternoon and evening. I tried to work in there one evening with my laptop and it was stifling hot and I was dripping with sweat - there was heat wave and the air was off and the windows opened.

This hotel is fantastic. The reception is super friendly and helpful, and it has free drinks and food all day long. The room is also spacious and clean, definitely better than my expectation.
