Wonderful
Kingsize bed was great and our room was lovelyand quiet. The shower was a dream. Staff was super helpful and proximity to the station was great.
We didn't have breakfast there so can not judge that.
We would have preferred glasses to paper cups in the bathroom.

Exceptional
The location is fantastic: very convenient for the train station and for exploring Milan, with many excellent restaurants nearby.
All the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to one of the receptionists at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. She recommended a wonderful local restaurant nearby, and everyone in our group loved it!
I’d also like to give a special mention to Dario at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful. We had asked for a room on a lower floor, and he made sure the room he chose still had a beautiful view of the historic buildings. That extra bit of care meant a lot to us, and he truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the genuine warmth of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

Poor
The location is good. It is near the Central Station and the finance area in case someone travels for business. The restaurants around the area are good as well.
We chose this hotel because of its 4-star rating, but the reality of our room (Queen Comfort) did not meet this standard at all. We experienced serious maintenance and cleanliness issues: the air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it impossible to rest, the shower was broken, and the bathroom had visible mold, which is unacceptable for proper hygiene. On top of that, the TV kept disconnecting, and the signal was constantly dropping. Furthermore, their Booking profile states they have parking, but this is not true. A hotel maintaining its 4-star status based on room size does not justify false advertising and a total lack of basic maintenance. We do not recommend it.

Good
The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for the station, centrally located to walk around Milan and with a number of excellent restaurants in the vicinity.
Finally to mention that one of the front desk team - Dario - was particularly helpful and proactive. A real star.
Our first room was fine, though there was a leak in the bathroom. Staff were extremely quick in addressing this and moved us to a new room. This room was lovely, bigger than the original one. Unfortunately, the noise of people using the bathroom above ours was audible in our room. We mentioned this to the front desk staff but no action was taken.

Wonderful
The hotel itself was fantastic, breakfast was plentiful and continental style. We had the triple room (for 2 of us) and that allowed for plenty of space. A 5 minute walk to the main central station.
The area is a bit on the seedy side but that's what you get with a location like this.

Disappointing
Customer service was poor - People working at front desk during daytime were short and not helpful. One saw me struggling with my bags at their entrance and just waved me inside, didn't offer to help at all.
