Great location steps from the Piazza Lima metro station. Rooms, breakfast, service, staff were all good. I enjoyed watching the "hustle and bustle" of Piazza Lima from our window.
Parking was a bit confusing, especially because there was construction underway in front of the hotel on Corso Buenos Aires. Hint: Pull up to the lobby on Via Federico Ozanam, go inside to check in, unload luggage and get directions to the parking.

The facility itself is clean, well-run, and the staff were friendly. They were accommodating and helpful, and the location is central with nice views from my windows of a pretty square. They moved to a room further back from the street which helped with the city noise. For the most part had a good experience with the hotel except for the pool.
The spa/pool complex is nice but the temperature of the indoor pool was extremely cold. Hotel sign claimed it was in the 80's which guests could verify by a thermometer provided. But, there was no thermometer, and if I had to guess, the pool was more likely in the 70's.
I saw guests come and go - initially excited to come use the pool only to find its temperature too cold for comfort. Assume the Hotel has received complaints before, so their sign stated they are adhering to "Olympic regulations" which is inappropriate standard given its purpose. This pool is too small for training or vigorous movement, and is too cold to stay in if you are still. The indoor pool was the main reason I booked, so I was extremely disappointed. They have saunas, but don't book here if you are hoping to have access to a nice indoor pool.

The hotel was really nice. It was clean, the rooms were huge.
The location was not great.. I mean maybe it's just Milan in general. But very busy and loud. There was a street concert going on until 12:30am!!!.. even with the doors/windows closed you could hear music blasting. Not ideal for an early wake up to catch our flight.

Location and breakfast (except perhaps the bacon :/ ) were great . It is located literally next to a metro station , which helped us a lot . Room is nothing to write home about, but it is clean and quiet. A pretty nice bonus of the hotel is that it has a pool , gym, spa etc. . Staff was friendly and helpful too .
A bit overpriced I would say , but if you find only hotels with similar prices then this is a really nice one . The safety part of the pool / spa could be better , as the locks on the lockers didn´t work . I know there are cameras everywhere and it´s hard for someone to get away with theft , but still , since the locks are there , why not repair them and be even safer ?

The reception are rude and the roon so small , bed are not comfortable and they put only one pillow and only one towel in bathroom ,no isolation in the wall so you can hear everything outside your room

Location was conveniently close to Lima metro station. The hotel felt very clean, excellent air conditioning considering the very hot summer night we stayed in. We loved the spa area and pool area as well. Front desk staff was exceptional in making us feel welcome since we booked last minute from a hotel with faulty air conditioning nearby. Loved our stay.

The metro is nearby (maybe goes underneath?) so once in a while you hear the rumble in the room.

Location was a few steps to the Metro. Many eating establishments by walking distance. Shopping close by. Only one ride by Metro Line 1 to Plaza Duomo which is a great place for hanging out, people watching, eating and shopping. Only 15 minutes' walk to Milano Central Station.
I have nothing to complain about. Price was affordable. Location was perfect for us.

This hotel was perfectly situated just outside the center of the city. The metro was VERY convenient. The room was a bit typical of all European hotel rooms....it met the needs of a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. We did not choose the hotel based on the size of the rooms, as we intended to visit as much of the city as we could and come back to a good nights sleep. The spa was great. The breakfast was really good and well worth the extra charge. Our favorite part of the hotel was the roof top bar. Nicely laid out and had a great view of the city. We would definitely stay here again when coming back to Milan. It is also good for getting to the airport or train station. No need for a cab or uber as the metro/train took you straight into both.
I was disappointed that the lobby bar seemed never to be manned. I may have misunderstood how it all worked.
