The bed mattress was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The location is good, close to the metro.
I expected to have a better quality breakfast, since we are in Italy. It was a basic hotel breakfast.

Wonderful
The hotel is a stone throw from the metro and in a great location, shops everywhere. The spa was great, It had a pool and great sauna and steam room included in the price. We had a quiet room which was very good.
We had a superior room and our single beds were stuck together due to the small space and the hotel needs an update, it is a bit dated.

The room was spacious and sleeping arrangement for family of 4 were good
Not enough tea, coffee and milk/creamer. Given the amount we paid when we asked for additional milk for 2 more drinks we felt it should have been supplied. We ended up having to buy some ourselves.

The location next to metro stop was very convenient, our room was good, very spacious bathroom with both shower and bath. the breakfast was very good.

Location is good and it is my favored hotel
Receptionist are nice
Room service is not as before, the room amenities is very low (not as previous years)
I ask for extra pillows but they say not available , also the room cleaner was open all drawer and this is not acceptable .

The location was not in the city center but the subway is just down the road. The spa was a nice amenity, too bad parents let their children hang out in the sauna or turkish bath ( quite unsafe) , which overcrowded the place. Good breakfast, lots of choice.
