Overall a great stay with the family and the staff was very attentive and communication with staff via Bookings was great. My only gripe was that I asked for both rooms to be next to or close to each other and they ended up in different hallways. Otherwise the rooms were excellent and clean the facilities were great and food was good too. I would recommend this hotel. I have to say staff were all courteous, professional and helpful, from reception to cleaning people.
Like I mentioned above the only thing that I didn't like was that I requested for both our rooms to be next to each other or close to each other as I was traveling with my immediate family (husband and children) and it would have made things easier, but was not a deal breaker.

Hotel is near to metro station. Rooms are clean and comfortable with coffee machine. Swimmingpool and spa facilities were a bonus, even if we never had chance to use it. Staff stored our luggage after we checked out till we could leave for the airport.

It was a perfect experience from the beginning of planning the trip. The reception staff are superb.
I had a leaking airconditioning unit and they came in minutes to sort it and then moved me to a another room smoothly. Incredibly professional and just a delight. I will be booking to come on my next stay. This is a super hotel with such great amenities. Perfect 10/10!

Loved the sunny terrace restaurant and the breakfast was varied and excellent. Rooms very comfortable, indoor pool was great - overall a fabulous stay.
Checkin staff probably let the hotel down a little. Staff not very welcoming or friendly and this is why I didn't rate a 10. Was a very lengthy check in process taking nearly 20 mins - seemed to be an extraordinary amount of time cross checking 2 computers. This needs to be streamlined for a more efficient check in service.

The location is on a straight line walk about 800 metres from the Centrale station bus stop to/from the airports. Don't bother with the metro as need to change lines. We walked during the heatwave and it was still bearable. The staff were very helpful and we booked dinner at the restaurant. Really good and there was a 15% discount even. Wonderful views. Our room for 3 made use of a sofa bed and whilst it is the coolest position in the room, it was a tad bit too soft. Room air conditioning was not good enough for the heatwave despite putting on the highest speed. The spa and pool was a welcome. Breakfast was wonderful though if it had started earlier than 7am would be even better. Overall, in crazy expensive Milan, I think the price is fair
Breakfast starting just 30 minutes earlier would be appreciated.
