Location - Stone throw from the main Milan Terminal
Staff - Shout out to Ali and John (Front Desk), Che-che (Breakfast), and the cleaning staff. They are very helpful and made sure that we had a comfortable stay.
Room - Room is very spacious and clean.
Breakfast - Great! Che-che prepared us good coffee and food was appropriate.

The staff particularly the front desk personnel, Ali, John, and Erica(?) are very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My husband and I were so tired after a full day of sightseeing and shopping and decided to just order food for delivery. John was so helpful and even offered to call and order food for us and even went out of his way to deliver the food to our room. The hotel is very nice and clean and very near (stone throw) the main terminal station and Metro. Ali guided us on how to take the Metro train to the Duomo (just about 4 stops) and to the main shopping areas. Breakfast is excellent (shout out to Che-che) who made us very good coffee and attended to all guests with a welcoming smile. We had to leave early the following day and so John had a breakfast box prepared for us. All in all, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel.

Location is great, near Centrale station, metro, shuttle buses and etc.
The rooms are very small. The bathroom facilities are old, and there were some problems with water drainage in the sink. The shower tray also made a strange noise. There was no proper duvet cover — just two sheets wrapped around the blanket, which felt quite odd.

We checked in early, and as a bonus, they upgraded our room to a suite. What’s good about the hotel is that it’s only a 5-minute walk to Centrale Station. We really appreciated it!

It was very close to the train station. To get to the heart of Milan, it was a bit of a walk.

Great location, fenominial GYM for a hotel.
Lots of food near and steps from Metro and Central Train Station.

We booked last minute due to a train strike. We were very pleased with the easy walk to the hotel from the train station. The desk staff were exceptional welcoming us at check in and sending us off efficiently at check out with smiles. We so appreciated the welcome drink and morning coffee!
Our neighbors were a bit noisy late at night, but not the fault of the hotel.

Room was spacious and had good views. Breakfast had a variety of options. Location was perfect for getting to Milano Centrale, but was also near good restaurants. Both breakfast staff and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very Cleaned and excellent guest service!
Only thing was the bath tub was clogged since the first day we came in we called front desk and we had a maintenance man coming in and we thought he unclogged it with the plunger cause he walked out without saying anything, next morning I shower and the tub was clogged still so i unclogged it myself with a pen it was tons of hair tangled in the drainage!

Location
The hotel has an old-fashioned style and is missing several modern facilities. Moving in and out with luggage is inconvenient and troublesome. To reach the lobby, you must either take the stairs or use the service elevator for people with disabilities, which is complicated, time-consuming, and requires extra effort . It’s also worth noting that no staff was available to assist with getting luggage in and out of the elevator during check in ( they said it was too late) and check out ( although it was 5pm) .
