- very central, a few minutes walk from the central station and close to nice restaurants and bars
- the gym, even through quite small, it is good to have
- AC a bit struggling, might not be enough for the Summer time

Nice and responsive staff. Location.
Its not the standard you might got used to when traveling across Europe. 4 stars in Italy seems like 2 stars in most European countries but its something you learn to accept. Place is dated for sure. Yellowed bathtub and old silicone around it. Didnt have much time to try other services like restaurant so cant review it. Overall its a nice place.

A bit small but clean and comfy rooms. The staff were very helpful and kind(Especially Guilia).The hotel is next to the central station and metro station, perfect location for city trip and como route. I would stay here again.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. 10/10 Breakfast was delicious and diverse. The room is comfortable, always cleaned and the little gifts and messages were a nice personal touch. We loved our stay there and will definitely come back to this hotel, during our next trip to Milan. Thank you again for everything

1. Great services from the 2 ladies (Giula & friend) at the front desk. Both of them provided great Italian products recommendations.
2. Hotel location is near the station (30-35mins slow walk to Duomo)
3. Free welcome drink provided with snack bar in the evening + free coffee/biscuits available near the front desk
4. Housekeeping was good (left our table with our stuff untouched)
5. They have free luggage storage for after you check out or if you have a 2nd booking with them on another date
1. Bathroom will get wet when shower as there is no shower curtain (small issue)

The hotel was very clean, its location was excellent, Isabella warmly welcomed us, and she was very helpful throughout our stay. When I come back to Milan, I will definitely stay here again.
