Wonderful
Staff at the front desk are perfetct, speaks good English and are very friendly. We leave for the airport before 7 am in the morning, they gladly prepared breakfast box for us which is very good. The location is very good, only 5 minuts walk from Milan Central Station.
The soundproofing of the room can be better.

Choose this hotel and you have a great base to explore Milan.

Exceptional stay and staff, though one small disappointment
Review:
We had a generally wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, making it so easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the service provided by the staff was excellent.
It is a fantastic hotel, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

The staff at the reception and bar is friendly and professional. The room was modern, clean, and nice. The location near the train station and metro is very convenient. In the neighborhood are many restaurants.
