Due to our early arrival, it was important for us to be able to leave our luggage, and we let them know that we would only be returning late in the evening. Elisa was very kind and helpful. We were able to leave our bags and check in ahead of time, so when we arrived in the evening, all we had to do was collect our luggage and head straight to our room.
We were even given a packet of pasta as a gift, which was a lovely surprise! There were also small cookies available in the lobby alongside coffee and tea, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch.
The room was clean, and the furnishings were exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the metro and the main train station.

The location is super convenient — the train station and metro are just a short walk away. The hotel itself is modern and really cozy. But the best part? The staff. They're so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. Thank you so much for the warm welcome!

Very very friendly staff. We got free upgrade to a suite that we really liked. Clean and comfortable room. Walkable distance to Milan Centrale station and close to the Metro lines M2 and M3 - so a short ride to Duomo. Free coffee and biscuits in the lobby.

Very friendly and welcoming check-in staff - Allyson and Alisa were particularly lovely and helpful! We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a much bigger room and also gave two free welcome drinks. Great location by the station and metro to get everywhere.
Nothing! It was perfect for our short stay.
