very nice location , with metro direct in centre , 5min walk to metro , it was a very safe public garage maybe 200m from the hotel , highly recomend

The staff made this stay. Angelo, Stefania and Vito were all genuinely warm and helpful rather than just polite, and they went well beyond what we expected. We were welcomed with a drink on arrival and given a proper briefing on the city — what was worth seeing, how to get around, where to eat — which saved us a lot of guesswork on a short stop.
They also helped us sort out parking, which anyone who has driven in Milan will know is the one thing that can ruin an evening. Having someone at reception actually take that on instead of shrugging it off made a real difference.
The best of it came on our last morning. We got caught in city traffic coming back to the hotel and were going to miss checkout, and they gave us extra time free of charge without us even having to ask twice. No fuss, no charge, just a sensible and generous response to a situation that wasn't our fault. Then at checkout they sent us off with a gift of pasta, which our kids were delighted with — a small, thoughtful touch that we really appreciated and that says a lot about how this place treats its guests.
The location works well too — the metro station is a couple of minutes away and runs direct to the Duomo in about fifteen minutes, so you get city-centre access at a sensible price.
We would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to get a bigger room than the one we had originally booked. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Everything was well organized and we felt very welcome during our stay. We also received a small gift when we checked out, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights during our trip to Milan, and it is honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. 10/10! It felt like a 5-star hotel.
First of all, the staff were absolutely wonderful. I would especially like to mention Mr. Angelo Salazar, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. I sincerely thank him for his kindness and assistance.
The room was spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was excellent . We were also given a welcome drink voucher, which was a lovely touch.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It is just a 2–3 minute walk from the metro station and is conveniently located on a main road. The metro line provides easy and quick access to major tourist attractions, including the Duomo Cathedral and Sforza Castle.
The area felt very safe, and there is a large supermarket right next to the hotel, which was very convenient.
Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

Excellent breakfasts, and the staff were always helpful and explained everything we needed to know. The rooms were comfortable, and having secure private parking was a huge plus.
Parking was a little tricky because the entrance is quite steep and our car has low ground clearance. If you also have a low car, ask the staff to help guide you in, as you may otherwise scrape the underside of your car on the ground.
