The hotel facilities are very basic and many things you’d expect are missing, such as a kettle, and the water dispenser downstairs was also broken. The room door didn’t work well either. If you look closely, many parts of the bathroom are moldy and the cleaning is not thorough. It’s probably the worst three-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The hotel is very clean, staffs are wonderful, breakfast has a lot of variety and very filling!
The hotel is a little bit of walk to metro and train station.
And they only provide one pillow, 2 pillows will be better and unable to provide when asked

Overnight stay before an early start the next morning so it was fine. Clean, staff very pleasant and efficient, so it worked. Fair value.

Location is great, just 3 blocks away from Milano Centrale and 20 minutes walk from historic center. Neighborhood is trendy and safe. Facilities are amazing, room is not give but it’s very comfortable. Mattress and bedding are superb.
Front desk staff didn’t know about Malpensa Express, the train to the airport. They should be better informed.

Location close to train station, breakfast was superb! Bed is comfy and you got 2 pillows! AC working properly as its important in the summer. I would stay again!

Despite our reservation for a twin-bedroom, the room we were assigned featured a double bed. Additionally, the bathroom was in a state of disarray, with a leaking shower that caused water to spill onto the floor.
