the location was perfect and it was clean. the staff was friendly and the breakfast although not elaborate was good.
rooms were very small. good stay for an overnighter but would not recommend for extended period of time. there is no place to put anything. the wardrobe closet was very small in our room. our friends booked the same category room as ours and their’s was much more spacious. The terrace in their room was twice the size and had ample seating for 2-4 people. Our’s had one chair and a table for 2. I also wouldn’t have classified our room as a garden view. It was a trellis with greenery. The only mirror in our room was in the bathroom. Our friends had 2 full length mirrors in their room. If you advertise rooms in the same category, they should all have the same amenities. There was nothing in the room not even a bottle of water. The lobby was bare bones…a desk and that’s it. Too many stairs. The hotel shares a building with businesses and apartments. I wouldn’t stay there again. The only thing it had going for it was the location.

Entrance was a little difficult. We had luggage and the lift did not begin at the ground floor. The hotel had assistance at check in but we had to fend for ourselves at check out. One of our travelers uses a cane

A perfect location, easy walk to Duomo, Sforza Castle, La Scala, shopping, dining and sites. Also to The Last Supper. Need to taxi Navigli (canal) area and to Centrale Station.
Loved it all--be aware that while there is an elevator, you first must walk up five steps to get to it. Mobility impaired could find this difficulty.

The location of La Locanda dei Mercati in tne center of Milan is wonderful, in my favorite area of Brera and walking distance to Vittorio Emanuelle Mall. The service, the beauty of the room, the breakfast were excellent. The people working there are very accommodating and helpful.

Fantastic location in Milan and the room
was beautifully presented and comfortable. The reception staff were excellent , friendly and helpful.
Air con was very noisy so we turned it off and then of course got too hot during the night. Opened the window but found it too noisy! I think the aircon needs some maintenance. Otherwise the stay was delightful and we would definately stay again.

Lovely room on quiet street yet close to everything. Staff were always available. We enjoyed breakfast one day of our stay and it was excellent. We would definitely return to this hotel.
Only thing that would be nice is a kettle in the room but other than that, we cannot think of anything else we were missing.

This was like having the best apartment in the city - away from the chaos but close to everything… the terrace was like a dream and the staff was super lovely.

It felt like an authentic Italian experience, quaint and quiet, staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Excellent location. Cannot fault at all.
If you like a firm bed, you won't be dissatisfied, my back just found it too hard and I ended up sleeping on the couch.

It is so charming, parts date back to the 18 th century. Rooms have everything you need. Staff is fantastic!! They were beyond helpful and can arrange airport transport.
They serve a good breakfast included .Location is beyond perfect . Major attractions within walking distance as well as restaurants snd Milan shopping. Loved it!

The Hotel was located in a very central part of Milan. The facilities were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were extremely spacious. The set up for the bathroom was a little bizarre in having two separate areas for sink/toilet, and the other side of the hallway having the shower. Given this set up, there was no privacy, especially if you were not a couple sharing the room. Otherwise, I felt that the facilities were excellent. The staff was extremely helpful. We had a early check out time and they arranged for us to have at least some coffee in the morning prior to leaving to the hotel. The included breakfast was also delicious and had a good variety to offer. They arranged for a taxi transfer to go to the airport. The property was also very central, close to the Duomo, the Galleria and the nearby fortress. Perfect walking distance to a lot of the major attractions as well as shopping in the area.
As I said earlier, the bathroom set up was a little unusual, which was the only negative part of the hotel.

Perfect location between Last Supper and LaScala. Very clean, bright rooms. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast. AC worked perfectly during our very hot stay. Very good staff!
No drawers or closets. Getting to rooms from the entrance requires climbing up six steps to get to elevator on level zero. Elevator is slow, and can support either two persons with no luggage, or one person with. Very stoic mattress and pillows.

It was beautiful. We truly felt pampered. We loved the windows and the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged our taxi transfer to Milano Centrale.
