Wonderful
The staff was wonderful. Specially at the reception was Bassel. We arrived late at night. We couldn't find a parking spot in the street. So he offered us free parking for the night. He even upgraded our room without us asking.
Also was Francesco a wonderful barman.

Everything was perfect. It was my birthday celebration, and the room décor exceeded my expectations. It looked amazing. Breakfast selection was great too

Room was nice and spacious. Staff atcthevreception were alao very friendly but the best was Francesco in the bar downstairs made us the perfect aperitivo! It was really nice chatting with him as well

From check-in all the way through check-out, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Their kindness, warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made such a difference. It’s rare to come across people who make you feel so at home when you’re away from home, but Jenny and Mirna did exactly that! They are truly an asset to this hotel and deserve recognition for the incredible care they show their guests.
