Everything was fine specially the location was very close to where started half Marathon.
The only thing was that i paid 18 euros for breakfast which i couldn’t even eat properly because of the match so practically i paid 18€ for a cappuccino e due pancakes.

The only good thing was the excellent attitude of the staff. My sincere thanks go to the front desk attendant on duty that evening for their kind service.
This is a very old hotel, and the facilities are quite dated. Specifically, the bathroom sink could not drain properly, and the toilet was unable to refill water normally.
The hotel also has a series of overly complicated booking and check-in procedures. My key card failed to open the door multiple times, forcing me to go back to the front desk for replacements. Ultimately, a staff member had to come up and assist me in opening the door.

All was great, excellent, superlative.
Very clean rooms, very nice staff, very good breakfast. I was very nice surprised of all. Best location, near metro station.

Great stay overall. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and warm — very comfortable after long days in the city. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the staff were polite and helpful. Everything worked perfectly, nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay again when visiting Milan.
