The road to the rooms was like I am at street.
Very cold hall between the reception and the rooms.
And lastly the key was very heavy and old fashioned, we had to leave the key at the reception when going out.

Facilities were fine, we appreciated the comfort and the breakfast. The location was close to a metro station (Affori Centro), so we had excellent connections to enjoy the city.

Very Good
Very clean and a comfortable hotel. Rooms are big and utilities are good. Staff is very helpful. After 5-6 minutes walk you can reach to metro station and Yellow M3 line goes to Central Station in 7-8 min.

The room was very spacious. The balcony was nice. The outdoor sitting area was peaceful and comfortable. My favourite part of the room was the shower! It had a rain head, a wand, and 3 jets! It is one block away from a great supermarket.
The breakfast price was expensive compared to 2 other hotels we were at in Milan. There was no powder milk or panna for the coffee in the room. The front desk said they did not know what this was. Complimentary water was not provided in the room. The airport shuttle was very expensive. We paid 30 Euros less with a taxi.

Not a fancy one. Do the job on the positive side.
You get what you pay for - so no surprises. If you are looking for a bed to crush it is a good place.

I stayed here with my wife and our three kids, and we had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were cleaned daily while we were out exploring the city. I had asked for an extra crib at check-in, and when we arrived, there was a baby crib plus two other beds and one double bed — plenty of space for all of us.
The internet worked very well (our kids were happy with it!), and the staff were super kind and helpful — they even brought us an iron when we asked. The location is also excellent: close to a supermarket, a delicious pizzeria, and just a 3-minute walk to the metro.
Highly recommend for families!

The Ac not working we call them many times to fix it but they did not do any thing to help us especially the weather was too hot , and the room cleaning not good and no cover on the bed just flat sheet , the room it’s too old and the bathroom also so old

The reception staff were very helpful, kind and responsive, check in was very fast. Location was near metro about 5-10 mins walking and near dumo with metro by 10-15 mins. Super market is very near by 5 mins walking and a lot of restaurant from Turkish, Italian “planet restaurant” and chinese one.
Room is big and the furniture quality is very good except sofa bed wasn’t comfortable but other beds was great and very comfortable.
Room is very clean and cleaning was every day, all was good except mosquitos was few in the room but it is a country problem as mosquitos is spreading every where in Milan, also one day we have found strange insect in the bathroom.
AC sometimes were good but other times were not good.
But overall experience was great

The stuff were very kind and always smiling. The location was very good because the hotel is a 5 min walk to metro station. There was a big supermarket near the hotel. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

We liked the big room and the bed was enormous. The staff were kind, helpful and friendly. There was a daily housekeeping so the room was clean.
The aircon was ancient old model and didn’t work well, so they gave us an electric fan. It was the middle of July so the heat was suffocating. ??
The shower stall was old and the water didn’t flow fast, not good. For a 4-stars, this hotel was not on the standard.
