Parking at Hotel Excelsior Bay was very easy to access. At check-in, the front desk staff took extra time to explain the best options for visiting other towns by boat, which saved us a lot of time. It was also very nice to be greeted so warmly by the hotel manager every time we passed the front desk, morning or night. This kind of personal attention feels rare in many hotels today, and it made our stay especially pleasant.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Offered non alcoholic welcome drink by the pool on arrival. Right on the water with balcony view. Beautiful facility. Everything was perfect.

The proximity of easy transportation and lakeside access. The hotel amenities were spectacular, like the pool and rooftop, especially at night. Not to mention the amiability of the staff. It seems they go above and beyond.

The location was perfect, short walk to ferry and town. Nice swimming (beach) options 100m from hotel. Breakfast was great.
The staff are warm, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The only flaw wa that Apple Car Play kept taking me to the wrong site. I finally parked and walked in extreme heat. The staff were wonderful and got me sorted out and cooled down in no time with great attentiveness. Great location, great people.

This hotel was spectacular, right on the water with incredible views of the lake. Parking was easy, basically on top of the hotel. Check in was simple and fast. The room was well appointed with great views of the lake from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge spread on the lakeside terrace with beautiful views. The pool was delightful with ample space and lounge chairs. The location was perfect, maybe a 10 minute walk along the lake into the old town center.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at on my three week adventure through Europe. The service was better than any other hotel, complete with a welcome drink. Breakfast was outstanding with a mimosa bar! The pool is very refreshing. It's a quiet, quaint and hospitable hotel. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with a veranda! A 10 minute walk to the bus stop and ferry.

We splurged for a lake view room and I'm so glad we did! The room had plenty of space for clothes storage. The balcony is small but perfect for enjoying sunsets over the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool area was nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was extensive.

Perfect location and great staff Breakfast was good. Staff very very helpful. It was too cold to swim in the pool but it looked good. Even though it was cool it was still nice to sit outside having breakfast overlooking the lake with a glass of bubbles which is part of the breakfast. Felt safe being there alone.
Only downside for me was that I was on the ground floor so heard noise when people went upstairs to their rooms at night. But it wouldn’t put me off staying there
