Excellent breakfast and location.
No place to sot in the room, only the bed. Mattresses were uncomfortable- too hard.

Fabulous B&B, great location, outstanding breakfasts, lovely staff, parking & bicycles included. Erika was a lovely host! The breakfast room was amazing, such a fabulous experience.

Very nice hotel with lovely breakfast each morning and excellent service. The room was great - very clean and had all the amenities. The hotel is also in a great location - very close to shops, restaurants and the cable car.

Location: It was near the towns center and close to the tele-cabin to the mountain.
Parking: there is a large garage beneath the hotel where we could safely park our car.
Cleanliness: the room and bathroom were clean.
There was no elevator, carpet on the floors and the tv was oddly placed in the room (top left corner of the ceiling which made it hard to watch tv).

A sensational facility run by very nice people. A very small family hotel. Clean, well-maintained, driven by passion.
This is not a classic hotel but a guest house. There is no swimming pool or similar facilities. It's not a problem for me, but it's worth remembering before booking

Such a beautiful hotel in a beautiful town! We absolutely loved our stay. Very comfortable rooms with lovely bathroom and a little balcony. The breakfast was delicious and so much selection! Very impressive!
Erika was lovely and even helped us with a restaurant recommendation and we cant wait to return!

Erika is a lovely owner/hostess. It's a lovely quiet little hotel, conveniently located right across the street from old Malcesine. Breakfast was amazing.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable, it's an adjoined twin making a double. It did not spoil the stay though.

Hotel Erika is perfectly positioned close to all main sights and the town. it has its own secure garage so we did not need to use the car as everything was within walking distance. It is extremely clean and very comfortable. it has a very warm welcoming family feel about it. Erika could not have been more friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. Little touches like biscuits on arrival and a gift on leaving made all the difference. My visit coincided with my birthday and I was given a bottle of wine.
