Wonderful
The hotel is quite small so felt lovely and personal. The staff were all amazing and always there to answer any questions. The setting is great in the center of Malcesine so we were able to park the car in the underground car park and walk everywhere.
The terrace and garden were perfect for a leisurely breakfast. We will definitely recommend this hotel and return.
The water temperature was sometimes not as hot as we would have liked for showering, but this wasn't a big problem. Pillows were a little firm.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We moved our balconies. The garden was lovely. We enjoyed relaxing out there for breakfast and for an evening glass of wine. The location was perfect. Easy access to the beautiful old town.

location is brilliant! very close to the buses for Verona, few minutes on foot to ferry port.
VIEW from the room is just breathtaking! very spacious room, clean, generous breakfast.

This was a wonderful little hotel with a really friendly staff, beautiful gardens, and nice breakfast in the perfect location. The veiw from the castle view room was incredible also it was a 5 min walk to everything!

Wow, If you are all about the views, this hotel is a must book!! The view of the castle and lake were spectacular. The pictures are just as it is in real life. The front desk staff was very friendly and even gave my mom a small gift when she found out we were celebrating her birthday. I WILL be staying here again. The breakfast was really good and enjoyed in the outdoor area/garden. I had my dog with me (70lbs Husky) and there were no issues, she was welcomed! I stayed on the 2nd floor (budget room) which was better than expected. My family stayed on the top floor and had an even better panoramic view. Either choice is well worth it!

Great experience. Staff is welcoming and always there for you, room is extremely clean, hotel is well located, the veranda is very pleasant with a look at the garden. The room with the balcony and the view on the castle are a gift.

The location was fantastic, the breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the view from my room/ balcony was spectacular ( the hotel garden, the town buildings, then the castle and the mountains beyond). I stayed in six places in five locations in Italy, and this was by far my favorite. I highly recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. We were comfortable, and even though our room was near the front desk, we weren't disturbed by any noise or guests coming and going.
I had been carrying around an engagement ring and proposed in the garden. We loved that space and will always remember our stay in Malcesine.

Typical American complaint here. We would pay for more ice, stronger air conditioning, etc. But that's a small price to pay.

The Breakfast were fantastic so much choice & great coffee choices too
Didn’t like the fact we didn’t get the room that was in the photo’s when we booked the hotel back in September 2023
We was given a small double room (room 6) & paying for a superior room which we thought we was getting like the photos shows above & on the web page when we booked the room.

Fabulous location, comfortable room, beautiful grounds and an amazing staff who can't do enough for you. It's in a prime location too with the Monte Baldo cable car 1 minute away, castle and beaches within minutes also. Good public transport links too. Overall, exceptional!!

The property was beautiful and the breakfast delicious. You cannot find a better location for a hotel in Malcesine. In addition, the view was absolutely astonishing.
The breakfast times could be starting earlier than at 8am so that early birds like us could start the day earlier. But 8am did not harm our plans for the visit anyhow :)
