Wonderful
The hotel is well located in it;'s own spacious grounds and pet friendly. The terrace has spectacular views over the surrounding countryside and is an ideal place to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day.
Breakfast was a little disappointing with only eggs as a warm option.

Staff very friendly. Quiet location in the hills. Pool area. Breakfast was good. Room in annexe was adequate size for 3. Quiet AC.
Not much soundproofing in room walls. Woke when the neighbours did. Some things in room showing age and needing repair.

The view from the swimming pool and the terrace. Not far from Pisa Tower
Cold welcome. Small bedrooms, all bedrooms ares connecting: awful, lot of noise from neighbours until midnight. Hard beds. Smelling pipes in the bathroom. Old shower cabin. Swimming pool not cleaned, lot of little flies. Breakfast: food not protected from flies. Tennis court not maintained. Must have been an superb hotel 20 years ago but it is not maintained at this level anymore.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great service overall!
Clean room & comfy bed.
Nice pool with a beautiful view.
Breakfast was plain and not many options.
Rooms are quite simple (but nonetheless clean).

We were surprised on arriving how beautiful it was here. Very family oriented as they had bikes, scooter, toys, games etc all laid out in a large covered area. The infinity pool was very inviting and looked out over the hills. The main villa was beautiful and to our surprise when we arrived, we were given a free upgrade to one of the fabulous rooms in the villa.
Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on a Monday night!

spacious rooms, we had two doubles next to each other. Clean, comfortable, good airco and shower, nice patio in front of the room, large swimming pool. Friendly hosts, great place for breakfast and dinner (good value for money)
