What a lovely stay and so convenient to the wonderful city center of Lucca! If you like staying in authentic and beautiful old villas this is perfect. The rooms are spacious with tall ceilings and our bed was so comfortable. The decorations are also well thought out, each room with its own theme.
The two helpful and friendly owners took very good care of us, and served a delicious breakfast, all homemade, with many choices. There is a nice seating area outside at the back, perfect for siesta time, as well as a lot of drinks and treats available at any time, for a nominal fee.
Unfortunately our room fronted the quite busy road that lies between the villa and the walls of old Lucca. There are many ambulances and a lot of traffic well into the night, so either request a room at the back or bring earplugs. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

The breakfast selection and quality was amazing, and the hosts are especially kind and helpful. The room I reserved with 2 beds was given to a larger party and the room I shared with my friend was not what we expected. Except for that error, all was wonderful.

This B&B is locate in a very convenient spot of town, just outside of the historic walls and a short walk to the old city center. The parking lot is a plus in a town like Lucca!
Grazia and Giulia are awesome hosts, welcoming everyone in a super warm friendly manner, and cooking delicious breakfast.

Excellent location right by the entrance to Lucca’s old town. Spacious rooms, big bathroom but above all, an incredibly warm and helpful welcome by our hosts. Delicious breakfast with everything (and more) you might wish for. We will definitely come back!

Location is perfect if you want visit Lucca and have a car. The walled city is basically just across the street.
It’s an okay place to sleep a night or two.
The room was pretty clean but the age was showing and this made the room feel less clean.
There was no proper place to hang up your towel to dry or enough places to put down your things.
