San Marco Holidays was a wonderful place to stay in Lucca! We walked into old town each day, and looked forward to coming back for a swim mid-afternoon in the pool. The owners and staff were so friendly!

A wonderful place to stay, just a short stroll to the bustle of Lucca but nestled in a quiet neighborhood with excellent parking on the property. Stefano was delightful, made us feel very welcome and full of great tips and advice for our visit. We travelled with two children who loved the property and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Lucca, especially if you are arriving in a car and are using Lucca as a base to explore the region.

Very comfortable modern accommodation with lovely bathroom and kitchen. Fabulous pool which we couldn’t use because of the unfortunate weather. Easy walk into Lucca once you got your bearings.

Cute apt with room to move. Pool available although we didn’t use it. Excellent location just outside city center-only a 5 minute walk to the wall. Free parking onsite hotel property. Host kindly let us check-in much earlier in the day than originally scheduled.
Internet was very spotty-impossible to stream anything.

Great hotel in a great location. Just outside the city so it’s a little quieter but close enough to get to. Owner was very friendly and helpful and we liked it so much we ended up staying an extra night. Hope to come back and stay with you again next year :)

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. The shower was great! The pool area was lovely. The staff were great, very friendly.

The location was great for getting into Lucca. The accommodation was very comfortable with a good kitchenette, including coffee machine. The pool was lovely, especially after a day’s sightseeing! There was also a roof terrace. We used public transport (there is a bus to the station only 5 minutes away), but plenty of parking if driving. Very good and friendly local(1 minute) amenities, especially the bakery and pizza takeout.
The bathroom was a little tired. Being on a main road, it could be noisy at times.

Great Location, Secure Parking, Ideal For Pisa 15min Drive, Parked in Railway Parking For Train To Florence So Easy, Stephan Was So Helpful Room And Swimming Pool Fantastic .Would Stay Again.

Good rooms with everything you'd need. Staff very friendly. The swimming pool is a bonus and has a coffee machine as well. The hotel is close to the city walls and Lucca in our views in much better than Pisa (got a train there from Lucca) and highly recommended, Early check in time was good and something to bear in mind if doing a tour,

The photos don’t do it justice, the apartments are lovely and Stefano is incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice pool and great location just a few minutes walk from the walls. Between us my family took up 6 apartments in San Marco and we were all delighted with our stay. We will definitely stay here again
