Great spot for down-time in between travels and less than 20 minutes walking into the city walls. Also there’s a Lidl market very close as well.

Location was good. Near to old city.
Supermarket close by. Alberto the owner was very friendly and provided lots of information.

Lovely host, very responsive and accommodating.
Bed sheets had some stains on them. Bathroom had mould and didn’t feel super clean.

Very nice room, everything was clean the room is big and we had a porch.
It was nice to have a smart TV and the host was very friendly.
There is free parking just outside and you can walk to the old city.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at "Lucca and Chic" and were extremely satisfied with everything. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful details that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The location was perfect—situated in a quiet area, yet still close enough to easily reach all the main attractions in the city.
The hosts were very friendly and responsive, taking care of all our needs and providing great recommendations for local restaurants and must-visit spots. The booking and check-in process was smooth and easy, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The host was really nice and helpful, if you are lucky there is free parking near by (we had it for the whole stay). The city centre is reachable by walk. The room was great, there were all toiletries present and enough towels. Would love to stay here another time as well

Absolutely to be recommended. We normally never stay in rooms (as opposed to hotel rooms) but our room was gorgeous, immaculately clean and brilliantly located for Lucca's old town. An easy 10 minutes walk to the town walls.
What made it amazing though was Alberto, the owner. So welcoming, gave lots and lots of info on where to have breakfast, dinner, drinks and much more... he just couldn't have been more helpful.

The property was extremely well maintained - spacious bedroom and generous sized ensuite. Everything was spotless! Really appreciated the communication from the host. Instructions to reach the property were excellent and we were also provided with excellent ideas for local sight seeing, cafes and restaurants (all provided via links which made them easy to find.) Highly recommend!
