The Room was nice and very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. The host is very helpful. We had everything we needed for one night stay.
The only thing we missed was small fridge to store our water and some glass to drink water. And keep in mind that you have to park 50m away from apartment down the road.

Nice and helpful lady ať the reception desk
You hear everything From other rooms and everyone From the coridors and stairs. So it is Very Very noisy. Also you can hear comversations From the breakfast area.
Also no lift for luggages.

Location was a bit far from train station. I did finally find the bus stop. But no schedule posted. U can also rent a bicycle, but I would forget to ask. Hostess Roberta was great!
The crossants with Pistaccio cream was bar far the best Ive had. But would have liked some eggs 1 or 2 days. Breakfast us mostly carbs. Thatvseems to be the norm for Italy. There is cheese and meet provided also.

Roberta is a friendly and helpful host running a nice and clean B&B. Using her bicycles was for us a perfect way to visit beautiful Lucca.
If we have to mention something... the shower cabin was a bit small for a tall person

Super friendly host, really personal, felt very welcome. She obviously loved her work.
Freshly made breakfast every morning which was better then what I got at hotels at a similar price. She even offered me to take some leftovers for lunch.
Got a couple of recommendations around town that turned out great.

The place is really clean, tidy, and comfortable! The hostess was simply wonderful, makes the place very welcoming and special. The breakfast was really good with fresh patties, good coffee and lots of choices! The AC was s relief and worked great. I was even given a bike to explore Lucca for free! Great b&b!!

This place was so lovely and cosy exactly as described but what made it was Roberta. She was the most wonderful host. So helpful with everything. The breakfast was delicious. The place was a bit far from Lucca but she gave us bikes which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay with the wonderful Roberta. The room was very clean, simple and comfortable - all we needed.
Roberta is a very kind warm hosts, she shared with us some great recommendations and helped with any request we had very patiently and with a smile. The B&B is 10 minutes by bike from town, you may borrow them from Roberta with no charge..

Everything was fine. The host was very kind, a nice bike was borrowed to me, everything was clean, breakfast was simple but good!
Sometimes a weird smell came from the bathroom. Not recommended for people with physical disabilities (no elevator).

The hostess was super sympathetic and gave a lot of info about Lucca. She offered to lend us bikes to cycle to Lucca, which was very much appreciated. Room was super clean and spacious parking 50m from the b&b. I can tell she puts a lot of love and effort in maintaining the b&b. Highly recommended!
Breakfast was really nice but adding some local products (eg a local cheese instead of emmentaler) would have been extra nice :) Then again I think that the owner choose products that were wrapped due to Covid so I actually blame Covid, not the owner :)

The host is friendly and helpful, the location is good not too far from the city centre. A free car parking is located at 50 Mt from the property. Our room was a good size with air conditioning, the breakfast was good and generous.

Roberta was the most warm Donna Italiana I met during my trip through Italy. When I arrived I had some difficulties to go there by public transport (caused by my own misconstrue) and she helped me all the way to reach the place by easy communication.
The place was tidy, comfortable,
and quiet.
At breakfast (very well taken care of as well) we had a nice conversation about the history of Lucca and Italy in general, she gave some sightseeing tips which I really enjoyed during the day.
Another wonderful thing of this place is the availability to use a bike to cycle to the city centre of Lucca. It made me feel like a local!
