Very clean and quiet, the shutters are great because it blocks out the light and I had the best sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was crisp and professionally laundered perfect.
The breakfast was beautiful and including boiled eggs, juice, coffee or tea, pasteries , cereals and yogurt. There is a shared fridge in the dining area which I thought was great because I could keep my evening meal and fruits cold. There are an assortment of drinks and beer for sale at a very reasonable price if you fancy a cold drink after seeing all the amazing sites Lucca has to offer.
There’s also an amazing garden to relax at the end of the day. The hosts could not do enough for me and provided me with many options of where to visit and how to get to and from the major attractions. Top marks from me. I will definitely return if ever I am back in Lucca

Host and his sister were very kind and helpful around the accommodation, food and giving tips for exploring Lucca and nearby area. Room was clean and tidy. I would most definitely recommend staying there.

Spacious apartment. Booked room but host upgraded us to an apartment at no extra cost.
Free parking good but it was a tight fit requiring good reverse driving skills.

The place is super close to the centre - we had a car and it took us 3 mins to drive to a parking spot right next to the city walls. Jessica was amazing! She was so lovely and welcoming when we arrived, she showed us all the places to see in Lucca, pointed out where to find free parking, and gave us good food recommendations too. In the morning we woke up a little bit late & forgot about the breakfast that is included, but Jessica was so kind and she gave us a wake up call and even put aside some
breakfast for us even though we missed breakfast hours! She chatted to us the whole time we were eating & gave us a big warm hug as we were leaving. She truly made our stay feel special - we love her!

Very clean and tidy, staff was welcoming and helpful, breakfast was good.
The room was very small, the corner shower was extremely narrow making it impossible to shower without touching the curtain. The stairs leading up to the room are also narrow making it tricky for luggage to be taken up and down, this is a minor problem if your luggage is small.
