The staff were incredible—kind, helpful, and went above and beyond when my airline lost my luggage for over 10 days. They helped me make calls, send emails, and even extend my stay at a fair price last minute. The hotel was cleaned daily, and both rooms I stayed in were spacious enough to comfortably lay out my things. The private bathroom was great, and when I switched to a different room, it was much more comfortable overall.
The price felt a bit high for the original room I booked. The fan was okay but not very strong, the table needed repair, and there was no fridge to keep water cold during the hot days. My first room didn’t have air conditioning, which made it less comfortable.

It's a decent place if you travel alone, your stay isn't long and you don't have particular necessities, close to Porta Elisa, staff is really kind.
Phon is the kind that works for like 5 minutes and the AC is impossible to turn off. Price is a little bit high for the services it actually offers.

Shower was cold, rooms were cold and when we asked to warm them up they said yes but then shut down the heat.

(We got our stay upgraded to Hotel Bernardino 80m away) -Great location to explore the city center of Lucca. -Very friendly staff (also exceptionally dog friendly) -great value for money -small room but very comfortable -private parking
