Everything was beyond expectations! Perfect location just outside the Lucca walls, a scenic 10-minute walk into town.
Beautiful, quiet area. Francesco at the front desk was amazing - warm, professional, and made me feel truly at home.

Breakfast was good. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk, breakfast service and housekeeping. Air conditioned room with very large sink in bathroom that was good to use for handwashing clothes. While the room was small it was comfortable for our 3 night stay. Nice to have a pool with lounge chairs to relax in after a day of touring.
Speaker by the pool kept cutting in and out, cleanliness of outdoor furniture (bird droppings, etc), rooms are small and bathroom didn’t have good space for all our toiletries. No drawers in bedside tables,etc. Didn’t use space in room efficiently for storage. Very few hangers in closet.

Dirty room hair on the floor.
Terrible room location in between maids closet and kitchen doors very very noisy. That room shouldn't even be on the market. I bailed out one day early and forfeit it a night.

The location was very good. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The elevator was old and sounded like it was broken. The pool was smaller than I expected, and it didn't look clean. The egg in the breakfast was overcooked.

Amazing welcome from Francesco who gave us very good advice to help us make the most of our three days in Lucca. All his recommendations proved excellent from our perspective. Room was very spacious and service was very good. Location of hotel is very well placed for Old City access.
Hard to fault anything though for the Saturday breakfast (when hotel was 99% occupancy) the staff were rather stretched.

Very welcoming and helpful. Felt totally at ease as a single traveller. Friendly welcome every morning at breakfast. Good range and quality of breakfast items. Location was a short walk into town through medieval city walls which I enjoyed and was ideal for me. Very pleased with my choice!
Nothing - the surrounding area could have been slightly more attractive but then you would have been in the town centre which would have been busier and less quiet . For me it was ideal but depends on preference.
