The staff was excellent. They called us a taxi and gave us time to leave our bags while we did other things.
The room was small, but that’s OK. We only stayed for one night.

Very central do everything was easily accessible. Clean and well looked after. Air conditioning good. Staff pleasant. Breakfast ok.
The parking charges were exorbitant and took us by surprise. It was difficult to navigate to by car but the staff did help but the cost of parking was huge

Great location; old world charm; beds were comfortable. The young man who worked there was so helpful with moving the cars
Our room overlooked the entrance and the restaurant across, which on Friday night was very loud. We also couldn’t use the air conditioning because they said it’s still cold morning and night, but with window closed due to noise it was stuffy. We got a fan the second night from the hotel and it made a big difference

great location, large room, updated bath, overlooking the side street, very affordable
there were tables outside adjacent to the bar, would make an excellent place to relax
I did not know the breakfast staff would make you a cappuccino until the last day there.
There was street entertainment outside of the hotel but do not worry, it did not go on late.
The room did not have a desk but I did not review the features before booking. There was a large table in the room but far too high to use a traditional chair
If you are traveling for work and bringing a number of electronics, there are 2 outlets in the room. I used the bathroom outlet to charge all 4 appliances. The hotel did have multi plugs on each outlet but I had no idea if multiple electronic devices would overload the system

Mi piace molto questo posto. This is a nice, unpretentious hotel with great staff They thought of everything at breakfast which isn't easy, including gluten free options, an egg maker, pastry, coffee CANADIANO etc. I felt comfortable as a solo traveller and they deal with a lot of international people as well as Italians . The atmosphere is inviting and simple.
E un po furbo a dicer que la stanza ha un Vista di il giardino. It's a bit of a stretch to say that my room had a "courtyard and GARDEN view." As you can see from the picture, it looks like a prison, not a garden. However, I asked for a quiet room, and this was quiet so I appreciated that. Also , the cleaners were lovely and kind women who really go the extra mile. Wonderful people. Professional, helpful and kind. I saw some cars parked by the door so they clearly try to accommodate drivers as well although I came by train, as do many. I had issues with my safety box beeping in the middle of the night but a lovely woman came and managed to make it stai zitto or be quiet.
