Secured parking area, few steps from supermarket and Macdonald’s also very close to downtown. Good variety of breakfast

Disappointing
Clean and boring.
Soulless, characterless, noisy accommodation with lots of strange men outside the entrance and in both car parks on both sides of the hotel. Felt very unsafe. Do not stay in a room on the side with the McDonalds - people sit out till past 1am making noise and smoking. It rained for two nights and the noise of the rain dripping all night kept me awake. You’d think a 4 star hotel would have designed their windows better. Inside the rooms and fitness centre it was boiling hot but staff refused to turn air conditioning on. There’s no water to drink in the fitness centre and there are only 1,3,5kg weights which is pathetic. Staff were unfriendly and after demanding to change room they expected me to go downstairs to pick up a kettle as the new room didn’t have one. A 4* hotel and you have to pick up your own kettle from reception. Never again staying here or any hotel belonging to their group.

Helpful staff, clean environment, airport transfer availability, proximity to supermarkets. Daily room cleaning etc
Breakfast was rather limited, not good value and sometimes cramped. Poor and inaccurate information of public bus service. Longer walk to centre than advertised. No lounge area near reception - but discovered on 1st floor on final day. Traffic noise from nearby motorway. Restaurant mainly open only for breakfast.

Parking. Staff is kind.
Breakfast awful, espresso coffee really undrinkable especially for an Italian hotel. Only one socket in the whole room! Very noisy and small rooms. Old furniture and building.
