The Villa is absolutely stunning and the hosts couldn’t be more helpful. Genuinely one of the best holidays we’ve had. The whole site was immaculate. The pool was gorgeous and all the poolside equipment was excellent. We stayed in a studio which was spacious and had everything we needed. Traditional Tuscan styling. Very clean shower with plenty of hot water and a housekeeping service everyday.
We had breakfast everyday which was delicious and great value for money.
The hosts were fantastic, friendly and helpful.
We had a rental car and think this preferable for the location but a bus does run to Lucca from outside the gates.
We will be returning very soon.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Pardi and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The villa itself is beautiful—tastefully designed, clean, and very comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a peaceful and welcoming environment.
The location was perfect—close enough to everything we needed: Lucca, Pisa, the mountains and the sea.
The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests.
A wonderful place that exceeded our expectations—we’d happily come back!

Cinzia is the best host - very kind and caring which made our stay even more pleasant. We needed a place to stay overnight, but the castle-like location with romantic garden will be in our minds when we will be booking our next adventure. It is fairly close to Pisa, but as our host recommended, we visited Lucca as well which is even nicer. There is private parking available and very good breakfast.

The location was fabulous and Cinzia was a fantastic host. The garden is beautiful. We were out of season for the pool but that looked lovely too. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling and there are two nice local restaurants.
The apartment could do with some modernisation.

Really exceptional in every way. A beautiful property, beautifully renovated, in an excellent location with stunning views, with easy parking as a bonus. The room was spotlessly clean and we had maid service every day. The breakfasts were very good indeed, with a large range of breads, pastries, fruit, yogurts, cereals, cold cuts etc, not to mention great Italian coffee - as much as we liked. Our host, Giovanna, was really at the top of her game. Very congenial, very organised and multi-lingual. Nothing was too much trouble. Her initial explanation of how to get about and park for free, together with a hand-drawn map, was extremely helpful. I would recommend Villa Pardi to anyone. It's the perfect base for Lucca and surrounding area. Oh, and the pool is great.

What a stunning villa in a beautiful and quiet location. Cinzia and her mother gave us a lovely welcome and were very helpful, even giving us a lift to the station. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with amazing views of the Countryside. The pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds. The breakfast was amazing value for 8 Euros. With a great spread of meats ,cheeses, pastries and cakes. We didn't want to leave.
The bathroom could do with updating. A frying pan would be useful in our self catering apartment. These were minor things did not spoil our visit.

A beautiful B&B in a gorgeous place. Quiet and peaceful but with easy access to Lucca and Pisa. The pool was lovely with plenty of loungers and deckchairs. The Villa has a large really pretty garden with several places to sit or eat in which we used. The room had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping were excellent. Cinzia the host was so helpful and gave us guidance on several things. Really good choice of breakfast items buffet style, with hot drinks served all in the main Villa which is stunning. Best nights sleep we've both had for a while! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be staying again.

The grand entrance. The style and decor of the building and rooms. The fabulous views from our room. The room facilitates and comfortable bed. The stair case and lift.. The pool and surroundings. Well tended garden. Location and ability to get to places easily. The approachability of hostess and her family. The breakfast. Daily maid service to freshen up the room and make up the bed, it was appreciated.
We enjoyed everything about it.

Amazing place with very hospitable people, a beautiful garden and comfortable pool! There's a lot to do nearby in true Tuscan style: from small towns to beautiful biking routes, and then you can relax by the pool. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

The hotel is situated in the beautiful countryside but very close to the bus stop and restaurants. Our host was excellent and went out of her way to make our stay a memorable one. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Good value for money. Will definitely return one day.
