Very beautiful garden
They charged us 25€ additional for 6-year-old child. How exactly my little daughter increased your expenses? With 2 cookies for a breakfast? The apartment was cold, one bedroom has no door, has no heater or whatever clothing hanger/wardrobe.

Nice space for a family with two separate rooms. Quirkly decorated with a lot of nice cast iron fixtures. Lovely and peaceful garden ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. They were able to organize a gluten-free breakfast for my coeliac daughter. Friendly and helpful staff.

The host/reception Simona was very helpful and happy to accommodate to make my stay comfortable.
According to the distance on booking the distance was a little future than expect it. The place is quirky and interesting but located too far from the center. And if not fit to walk, you need a car or catch public transport.

This is a quirky but beautiful property. It is clean and beautifully presented. I loved it.
It was a little too far out of Lucca for me as a solo traveller and the taxis prices varied a bit but overall if I were to come again with company I would stay here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is very charming and whimsical with a beautiful garden with a pond, decorative red fish, and a cat:). The lady at the recent was very kind and adjusted the breakfast menus to accommodate our requests. The cappuccino was absolutely excellent! Lucca is more interesting than expected, we recommend a day there for all attractions.

Such a wonderful place to stay in Lucca, the hotel was whimsical and fun and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Our rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was delicious. There is a pizza restuarant directly accross the street and the "walled city" was a 20 minute walk with lots of shops and restaurants along the way.
Thank you for a lovely time!
March is very rainy, I wish we would have waited until April or May to visit.

Decor was charming and hostess very helpful
Far from city centre to walk.
Loose tiles in room in front of bed
Shower was so tiny I had to push and pull my husband to get in and out of it.
Asked for ground level room as my husband has mobility issues but they gave it to someone else because they had booked two nights.
Not superstitious but those goblins on the wall gave me nightmare after nightmare.

The room and building were stunning and the bed was so comfy I didn't want to get up in the morning!

Very clean. Owners had gone to a lot of effort to make it a cheerful interesting accommodation.
It is right on one of the main roads into Lucca, very busy and noisy.
Also we found the bedroom to be very small for two people with luggage.

Corte dei folletti is just as enchanting as its name suggests: hidden into an unsuspecting building and magic on the inside.
The high wooden ceilings are paired with beautiful furniture pieces mostly made of wrought iron and solid wood and the bricks walls are filled with paintings of some of the cutest inhabitants of the fairy worlds hand made by artists.
The luminous patio, accessible through the entrance hall, is enclosed amongst the privacy of high walls and features a lovely garden with a fountain.
The size of the place makes it just as calm and intimate as a rental apartment but with the extra feature of being cared for by the kind and lively personnel that makes the magic of the hosting arts come true.
Corte dei Folletti had me sweet dreams assured.

The Italian bath in the room was amazing. The room is cosy, with a good mix of stones and wood.
The bed is comfortable.
The team contacted us to give us the instructions for the check-in.
The wifi works well.
We really appreciate having a kettle with tea, coffee, cappuccino and biscuits.
The small garden is beautiful.
We can't hear any noise from the road from our room.
The water for the bath was not very hot.
