Daniele Lorenzo, owner, is a great host, communicator and a very interesting person to talk to. We met him in the morning, and served us breakfast. The room is simple but comfortable. Although on a busy road, the 3-pane windows provided a good sound proofing. Daniele gave us useful information about Lucca, nearby beaches and Pisa.

Daniel was extremely knowledgeable. The rooms (2) we're very clean easily accessible. The stay was too brief. Highly recommend staying here and visiting Lucca. There is so much history and incredible architecture here.

Our hostess was friendly and helpful. She assisted with our luggage and gave us local information that was very helpful. The freshly cooked breakfast and cappuccinos were amazing.
The room was on the small side. It could use a vanity or shelves in the bathroom.

The place was amazing,very well located and Daniel was very welcoming to us, he helped us through the check in and also with places to visit!!!! And breakfast was lovely everything was just great !!!!

Our room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Very comfortable bed with nice bed linens. We arrived by car and it was easy to find and there was free parking across the street in the shopping mall.The location was just an 8 minute drive into the centre and we had no problem finding parking for sightseeing. Daniele was a wonderfully welcoming and entertaining host and fed us a delicious breakfast.

Parking space just opposite side of the road.
Very close to a busy road, but despite the noise, rooms are very quiet thanks to good windows.

A excellent place for a short break, clean and comfortable, with a large free parking place right opposite the house, easy to arrive also late at night, you will get a door code. The host Daniel is very friendly, makes a super good breakfast :) Would definitely recommend.
