Location was perfect for us because we had a wedding really close.
SO expensive for what it is. The room was really really small and directly located on the room where you have breakfast. So you start to hear the other guests having breakfast, preparing tea and coffee from 7am. Breakfast was not really satifying. Nothing fresh (all packaged food, also coffee is from those vending machine).

Big family room with lovely views, big bathroom. Heating was delaling with the cold afternoon really well. We also had dinner downstairs at the adjoined restaurant, with some great food and very friendly staff. Location is good for exploring Lucca and surroundings.
Owner didn’t speak English, the access to the room is a bit convoluted through many sets of doors…nothing to spoil the experience though.

Our family room had windows on two sides with a panoramic view of the mountains around Lucca. Gorgeous. We also had a lovely dinner there where the wait staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

It is not a room to stay. You enjoy the community where all the classy people start walking to Stefani restaurant as the sun sets for the great food and environment. You enjoy the scene and the company. All made possible by the owner Mrs. Catrina and her husband and son. We felt as we are in a social casino due the many lounges for wedding parties. We wished if we could attend one during our 3 days stay. Caternia, thank You for upgrading our room, food, and everything. Bless You and your family

Perfect place, fantastic owners, incredible food! One of the best experiences in Tuscany so far. As we are traveling without previous bookings and booking hotels just before the night, this was a gem in our trip!

It’s a family business, which I personally like a lot. Hard working people. The place is so nice, we spend some time in the garden reading :-). Also try some dishes in the restaurant!

Lovely owner and staff. Very clean. Nice meal in restaurant. Great location.
Awful smell of sewers in bathroom which was even worse with extractor on. Rumbling of extractor from kitchen which didn't go off until 11pm.

Excellent stay, rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the staff are very helpful and always welcome you with a smile! Perfectly situated between Pisa and Lucca so if you have a car this is the ideal location to visit the area! Final point is the breakfast is excellent, self serve but with everything you could need even egg cooker! ????

Comfortable, quiet room. Reception located in the restaurant, but not difficult to find. The woman who met us at reception was very friendly!
