Excellent location directly connected to Terminal 1 at Milan Malpensa Airport, easily accessible on foot with no need for a shuttle or taxi. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Breakfast offered an impressive variety and generous selection. Overall, a highly convenient and comfortable airport hotel experience.

Huge hotel in the airport, super comfortable and practical for people who land late and want to rest before a long drive. The room was big and facilitated, and the breakfast was excellent.
The hotel is huge and the room we got was far from the breakfast buffet area - like 7 minutes walk.

Loved the location-right at the airport
We had asked for adjoining rooms- one room with one extra small bed and a crib and the 2nd room was for me only. What we got was 2 king rooms with one crib. My 4 year old granddaughter had to sleep with her parents in their bed so they needless to say didn't get a very good night sleep. The thing is was asked at the front desk when we checked in and was told that everything was set up correctly in our rooms. NOT

proximity to the airport, why I booked.
Although in airport ended u being far. I was traveling alone, arriving late at night and they put me as far as possible from the front desk I almost pulled my back out dragging my two big bags over the carpeting to my room, my watch calculated almost a mile to my room-:(
