Great amenities - bar/restaurant. Access to the train.
Necessary for our flight schedule to be in/near the airport, so this worked well.
Very expensive, but convenient to the airport for late night arrivals and early departures.

The room was nice
Because we book using Booking, as usual, they gave us a corner room, which are the worst ones. Further, they were like 150m from the elevators. I complained and after a while they changed us to another room colser to the elevators, not quite close.

Location, checking in and out
Parking lights directed to room even worse than the sun because it is artificial light. And with carpeted floor where the hygiene and disinfection becomes a big issue especially for allergic people. The hotel is big, my room was far away and the lift very slow especially for smoker ( the hotel has no smoking policy). No sound isolation, or maybe my neighbor was very noisy.

Convenient location.
Much confusion when checking in about when our room would be ready. First told 10 minutes, which turned into several hours. Presumably there was a maintenance issue related to the "curtains." Ultimately, our initial room, which was a. diamond member upgrade, was changed to a much less adequate room.

The location is exceptional for short stay travelers
The hotl is just one floor away from the train station that takea you to central milan and any other destination in italy and is also located in the heart of the airport min away from the flights check in counters
The price was over since it was not including breakfast

The hotel is located inside the airport, making it exceptionally convenient for travelers. It is elegant, comfortable, and well-appointed. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes
I don’t like that I have to walk a lot to get to our rooms.

It was at the airport terminal.
First off, it was SO hot in the hallways and elevator. The room was supposedly “upgraded” but it looked like your normal room on the site. The room took a total of seven minutes to walk to ( we timed it) from the lobby and had a terrible carpet smell. The carpet was poorly designed in the sense that most people going there are clearly traveling and the carpet makes it extremely difficult to roll luggage. The bathroom shower was awful. The water literally would stream out of the shower and get all over the floor. I needed to call down for extra towels to dry the floor! (After a full day of traveling, the last thing you want to do is clean the bathroom of your expensive hotel room.) it was absolutely not sound proof like it claims. We can hear planes taking off and landing - the room literally shook. You could also hear everything happening upstairs - from talking, walking to even the shower! Then the restaurant situation is meh. Not enough seats and everything was just poorly designed. The best part of the stay was the amazing staff. From
the front desk to the restaurant employees, everyone was kind and helpful. The hotel itself - two thumbs away down. Do better Sheraton- expensive for nothing. Find a better hotel in Milan and just take Malpensa express in the morning for your flight. Absolutely DO NOT reccomend.

The hotel is right at the airport, accessible on foot, so it was perfect for an unexpected stay in Milan. Confortable beds, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast.
The staff forgot to bring an extra sheet for a kid when I called.
