Location was super convenient, just a short indoor walk to Terminal 1
Beware of the restaurant onsite. While some of the dishes were more or less okay, a burger was spoiled.

Very comfortable bed, pillows, nice room, nice lobby area and front desk staff. It’s in the terminal 1 building, which was perfect for getting to our morning flight. Great experience overall.

The location couldn’t get better for an early morning flight out of Malpenza/Milan. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The complimentary happy hour and indoor pool were nice perks.
The only staff that were warm and friendly were in the restaurant and bar. The rest of the staff were not friendly. There was no one at the door who offered to assist with luggage when we arrived and even when we checked in no one offered to take up our luggage. This lack of service is not typical in a Sheraton or Marriott Bon Voy. We are Marriot members and do usually enjoy their properties but the price seemed very high for what you get at this hotel.

The waiter in breakfast didn't explain anything, didn't provide fresh juice, and didn't let me know about the omelets option, nor coffee as other guests recieved

Close to the airport, If a person arrives early they can enjoy the facilities of the hotel.
We could hear the alarm of the other rooms) We could hear a not pleasant noise and when you arrived late night you wanted to take rest and sleep. Even the staff gave me a quiet room.

Loved the location-right at the airport
We had asked for adjoining rooms- one room with one extra small bed and a crib and the 2nd room was for me only. What we got was 2 king rooms with one crib. My 4 year old granddaughter had to sleep with her parents in their bed so they needless to say didn't get a very good night sleep. The thing is was asked at the front desk when we checked in and was told that everything was set up correctly in our rooms. NOT
