Great location near the airport. Nice variety of breakfast options. Very quick response with a maintenance issue. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Carpet on the hallways upstairs makes it difficult to roll bags. Also there is a smell in the hallways. Luckily it doesn’t smell in the room.

The hotel is in the airport and had a really nice restaurant.
The distance from our room to the check in desk was just under 0.4 miles. It was a ridiculous distance and not sure how anyone with mobility issues would be able to manage it.

Cannot beat the location for an early flight. Clean room, comfortable beds, great shower. Great pool for lap swimming. Convenient to have restaurant options on the premises.
Would like to have at least a continental breakfast option for early departure morning flights.

I liked the easy access to/from airport. It was exactly what was needed to rest before transit.
The staff was super nice and welcoming too, room service was great, breakfast had a wide selection and having brought a coffee order to the table was a very nice touch.
The carpeting on the floors makes pushing suitcases quite a bit of an exercise, at least one lane where luggage can roll more easily would be beneficial. Also it was just really strange to have no nozzle for the hairdryer in such a nice hotel - it's a small thing, but it's nice to be able to style your hair properly.

This properties location was perfect for our purpose at the end of our Italian vacation. Access to the airport is seamless, there were no concerns about taxi strikes or other disruptions impacting our ability to get to our flight home.

Spacious, clean, comfortable room. Location inside airport was ideal for us, as we had a late arrival in MXP and an early flight the next morning. Turned out that the outgoing flight was delayed, so we stayed in the room until checkout time. Staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. I had the feeling of a true luxury hotel experience when checking in and when checking out.

Location to airport, breakfast, room size.
We were in Room 3064 which is by the Uber/Taxi pick up area down below. Very noisy! Also, there seemed to be many noises all around the room during the night which meant lack of sleep. Pillows need to be firmer.
