Loved the location-right at the airport
We had asked for adjoining rooms- one room with one extra small bed and a crib and the 2nd room was for me only. What we got was 2 king rooms with one crib. My 4 year old granddaughter had to sleep with her parents in their bed so they needless to say didn't get a very good night sleep. The thing is was asked at the front desk when we checked in and was told that everything was set up correctly in our rooms. NOT

I do not think it is right to have to take the breakfast for $40. It should be your option not mandatory

Everything! The food I ordered from the bar, the pool, the comfort of my room. I appreciated the complimentary water and all I needed was provide to make my comfort a plus. From check in to check out all the staff was amazing. I think they all need to know I appreciated them so much and I AM grateful for the service that Marriott Bonvoy always provides. For a 5 star hotel we were expecting a little more glam. It looked like the hotel was out of the 70’s. Very bland and no color.

Location fantastic. Room very average. Bathroom shower head broken and kept falling down during the shower. Shower floor flooded everytime we took a shower. Not enough towels. Room service food was great.
