Unbeatable airport location – perfectly convenient for families!
The hotel is located directly inside the airport terminal, just a few minutes' walk away. It was incredibly convenient, especially for picking up our rental car right nearby without any hassle.
The breakfast was rich, delicious, and offered great variety. A fantastic bonus was the children's play area located right inside the breakfast dining room – it was colorful, fun, and very engaging for the kids.
In addition, the hotel offers great amenities like a swimming pool and a gym; although we didn't get the chance to use them, it was wonderful knowing they are available for guests. It’s the ultimate setup for a comfortable, stress-free stay right at the airport. Highly recommended!

I always stay here when I'm returning from Italy. It's connected to Terminal 1 and very easy to get to the gates.
It's hard to pull a suitcase on the rugs.

I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Hotel Malpensa. The hotel is located right at the airport, just a 3-minute walk from Terminal 1, making it extremely convenient for travelers.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, pleasant, and very quiet despite the hotel’s airport location.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a very convenient location, friendly service, and quiet, comfortable rooms. I would happily stay here again.
The only downside was the small fridge. It was filled with minibar items, leaving no space for our own beverages or water. This made me feel as though guests were being encouraged to use the minibar items.

Pleasant
location is perfect; everything else is fine, given that this is a big corporate concern and is cavernously huge. There was housekeeping going on until very late (after 10pm), which made sleeping difficult since it was loud.
Housekeeping shouldn't have to work into the night; it is bad labor practice and really disruptive to those of us trying the sleep before a long flight.

It was clean and comfortable however it felt like we were in a giant frat house. SO LOUD you could hear every room next to you, people on the phone, bathrooms. The AC was super loud and had something wrong with it. It was not a good place to get rest.

The hotel exceed my expectation. Room was big and clean in modern style as I like. The beds are very comfortable and the bed linens are snowy white. The air condition was working very good, outside temperature was 35C, there is a big TV screen although we didn't have time to see. Bathroom is also very clean, with all what you need. Breakfast was amazing, coffee was tasty, a lot of choices, even wine. The last cherry on the top of the cake is the swimming pool with spectacular view of the city. Location is perfect, exactly in the airport, you don't need to take transportation to the hotel. And very good connection with the trains and bbuses.Highly recommended!!!

Location at the airport - literal walking distance from Terminal 1 a big plus. People were great, room was comfortable, breakfast was solid. It felt a bit generic but that’s to be expected from a business hotel at an airport.
