Very clean and very good size of the room/bathroom.
Not to much to do around the facility - rather industrial view and end of the beach situation. Lots of businesses closed.

The room was quite large, clean, and beautiful. Giulia was responsive and helpful.
There was no pool access! Despite the pictures and listing on Booking.com. We partly chose this place because of the pool option. It is also quite far from the main beach restaurants and activities. The Waikiki camp next door is constantly blasting music at all hours!

Communication on the lead up to check in and the welcome from Guilia on arrival was excellent. Room, bathroom and balcony all spacious, location was good for getting to beach and restaurants.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time here. Thanks to Giulia, who made our stay so much nicer, and helped us a lot. A big Grazie to her again.
The room was amazing, very modern, clean and comfortable. Also the included parking next to the house was great.
We also liked the nice restaurant which is located in the same house. Friendly staff and great food.

The hotel is nice, very clean and modern. We had room with huge terrace. The Restorant attached to the hotel is really very good, the food is delicious. Parking right by the hotel. The beach is walking distance , free sun-beds for hotel guests.
I would prefer breakfast in the restaurant instead of the room service.
The check in service has not been smooth, there was misunderstanding with the personal and we had to wait over 40 minutes to get the room keys.

Upon arrival we were offered cold drinks. Modern spacious room. Large terrace. The room was cleaned daily. Excellent breakfast that you can choose yourself. Shower cabin have “Hammam” option. Thanks to Jiulia for the warm welcome. If you have any questions, you can always call her.
The jacuzzi on the river bank was closed.

A very atmospheric place in a quiet area. Beautiful, clean, spacious rooms with large terraces. Breakfast in the room is available for an additional fee. We were perfectly supported by Giulia, our host. The facility has a high-class restaurant.
