Accomodation is right on the promenade, close to the bus stop Piazza Marina, from there you can get to the city center, to the port or to the main bus station, from which you can get to Venice really easily (by boat from the port or by bus from the station).
The private beach (with one umbrella, 1 seat and 1 sun-bed incl. in the price of the accommodation) is super-close and nice. The beach staff is accessible in the beach bar most of the time ;-) But once you understand how to open the umbrella (easy, but ours was little bit stucked), you do not really need them anymore - you will have the same umbrella number for the whole time of your stay.
For taking luggage in and out you can use small private parking right next to the appartment house entrance, for the rest of the time you will have your car in the private parking place distanced cca 3 minutes by walk.
The staff was super-nice, it is good to speak little bit of Italian or German, but if not, they have the main rules printed out in English and with the pictures also :-) (like how to use the parking card)
It is good to know that you will not have some essentials in the appartment. From the equipment, there is nothing for ironing, and in the kitchen, you will not find some basics like coffee, salt, sugar, or in the bathroom, there was just the remainder of the toilet paper and no soap, shampoo etc. This is no big deal, it is just good to know - so you can bring these with you or you can easily buy in the nearest Maxì supermarket for reasonable price (500 m, Piazza Aurora) - or for higher price in the minimarkets, which are on almost every corner. Also, as it is mentioned in the reservation conditions, be prepared to not have any bath towels there, or you can have them by paying extra fee. Pillows and bed sheets are provided.
The furniture is little bit old-fashioned, but everything was clear and working, so we were satisfied :-)

Exceptional
Spacious.Very clean and very close to rhe beach.
They ask 60 EUR at the and for "biancheria".They didn't tell us about this at the begining.
