Space....but little heating...that didn't quite deal with the space in colder weather.
Location and no outdoor lighting or signage....very hard to locate in the dark....

It was near to the beach and the shopping street.
The headroom, my fiance is 1,84 and he always banged his head on the doors and the ceiling. The apartment was not equipped with a microwave, blanket and dish drainer.

Very good placement with free parking space, close to the beach.
Barely cleaned apartment, dirty blankets and you cannot check in at the aprtment (you have to go to another hotel). The apartment itself is nothing like the pictures. I only reccommend for only 1-2 nights maximum.

Location, pretty close to beach and pedestrian street
A bit old furniture, toilet without shower gel and soap, kitchen very poor equipped, couldn’t make even a coffee, during the evening might be loud because of restaurant that is on the ground floor. Taking the keys at reception of another hotel (800m away) is really annoying and could be improved by providing key box in front of apartment

Was fair. A little bit outdated, it looked like stuff taken from second hand stores. We didn't use the kitchen.

The host (Francesca) was amiable and helpful.
The location is close to the beach, market, and restaurants.
The entrance to the building was from the parking, through a restaurant.
There was no socket to charge a phone in the living room.

The location was great, the beach is a few minutes walk, and the Caribe Bay is about ten minutes walk. Great parking place for the car. The main street is in front of the house, but the noise is not disturbing with the windows closed. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Everything was okay.
The noise of people living above us was sometimes disturbing.

The place is nice and clean, near the beach. I did not have to wait at the reception and got the room 1 hour before due time. This is not my first time here and I know that if the room is ready they will not make you wait.
You can tell they care about you and the place you are going to stay in.
Since this is not my first time here I also see how some guests have no respect or decency when on holiday and the places suffers of course: lights on when out etc
I wish hotels could review their clients!!!

The keys were picked up at another hotel which was a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
Initially we were allocated a attic apartment that really wasn't suitable, however, this was immediately rectified and we were moved to a more suitable apartment.

U can walk almost anywhere there,

Apartment seems little but used now (we found broken/damaged items in there, like window, bathroom door, spots on the wall and also fridge), it's normal, that apartment is used by years but i think to call it comfortable it's needed to be repaired.
Also the most confusing information: bring the keys back, but in the building where the apartment is located is wooden box with sing: Check out.

The location is perfect. Close to a huge aqua park and close to the beach in the main street where are restaurants and markets.
The apartment is nice however, the staff should equipped it with soap at least if they do not think about coffee machine.

Location is very good.
I didn’t get that room, what I reserved, but OK, I can accept it.
My probleme was that the beds are really terrible. All of them were uncomfortable, like a military bed.
