Everything. We booked last minute and when we arrive the rooms where very hot, the windows where open and we thought the airco wasn't working so we went down to ask. An old man came along to check and he was already aggitated. When we arrive he switched a small button on the wall and then start yelling that we where fooling him, that we where stupid to open the window and that the airco was working. I was shocked and then my son started yelling to him that he had to stop threating his mother like that. It escaladed and we left the hotel. They
said we don't want people like you in the hotel and at the desk they say I was okay (I'm white) but the negro was cheeky. I really had to bite my tongue. Never again to this place, they don't know the meaning of service and are racist!

Good sized family room for 5, nice swimming pool, good buffet breakfast, handy to beach and free sun loungers/umbrella a plus. Have seen some negative reviews regarding the owner but we had positive interactions with him.

Disappointing
The hotel is at a great location close to the beach. It has reserved sunbeds and umbrellas so it is easy to find a spot even if you arrive at the beach a little later in the day. There is plenty of parking space. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars all around the area, as well as a few small supermarkets. The room's bathroom is renovated and very nice, especially the shower. The A/C works really well. The wifi is pretty good, it went down sometimes but it was enough to watch a video or have a video call with only minor disruptions.
Unfortunately the staff was really a disappointment. They seem annoyed to be at work, are not nice at all to the guests and generally make you feel very unwelcome. The breakfast was a joke, there was not a single piece of vegetable at the buffet! We had to go to a supermarket nearby to buy vegetables to have with breakfast. There was one type of cheese, two types of ham, yoghurts, hard boiled eggs, two kinds of cereal, a bread basket (not always the freshest), butter, jam, chocolate spread, some sweet pastries, canned fruit, melon and apples. We had a very negative experience when we found a moving worm when eating one of the croissants. We went to the reception to complain and we were told off saying that it is not the hotel's fault or responsibility because the pastries are delivered from another producer. It was only after several minutes that we even heard that they are sorry for the situation?! We were appalled. The chairs in the dining room had crumbles all over them and the tablecloths, cups, and plates were not always the cleanest. The room does not have a "don't disturb" sign so we made our own after we were woken up by a cleaning lady barging into our room at 9AM.
