I had some travel plan changes due to weather so I needed to change reservations twice while I was there at the hotel. The front desk team helped me immensely for my options to stay at Il Teatro, which was fantastic. The rooms were especially pleasant, and I could even have a view out to the beach and the sea despite the hotel not being beachfront. Also, at breakfast, the ladies working in the restaurant were fabulous! They were very hospitable, and upon learning my son was milk-intolerant, they proactively brought us milk-free foods for him every day, I never had to ask. The hotel had bicycles for use, which made our visit more mobile and with fitness (to work off the breakfast :-) My son loved the top floor heated pool. My whole family enjoyed this hotel, and location, very much.
Very little.,.. only wish it was beachfront.

Outstanding restaurants within a few hundred meters.
Thee a zillion hotels in this town, but this one stands out.
We stayed in May I imagine the area is a zoo during summer.

Like: It was a cozy hotel with a great heated rooftop swimming pool - perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was really good, with a nice variety of options, and the staff were very nice and friendly, always happy to help.
Dislike: The sofa bed made a lot of noise, which made it hard to sleep.

The breakfast was great. They had limited warm food, just (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and sausages). The rest was cold food.
The room was super clean and was very well equipped with all the things required for cooking if we wanted. The sheets were clean and fresh.
The beach was very close to the hotel and walkable.

Above and beyond is how I describe the staff mainly the receptionist that was willing to help us with some personal difficulties.
I'll always make sure to stay at il teatro when travelling to that region.

The roof top pool was fantastic for my son and family. The pool was warm and spotless, very happy to spend time there

We highly recommend this hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable stay. The heated rooftop pool with a stunning sea view was a highlight of our visit. Breakfasts were delicious, featuring great coffee from the espresso machine, and were available until 11 AM, allowing for leisurely mornings. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, promenade, and water park. Additional perks included sunbeds and a parasol on the beach, all included in the price, as well as the option to rent bikes.

Room size WAY smaller than advertised: we booked a 35 square meters apartment (room 101 - the actual size was less than 30... even if you add the 2 balconies you don't get to 35). We got a discount coupon to a restaurant - but NOT the one at the hotel - kickbacks, anyone?!)
The hotel description states that there are 2 swimming pools... but DOESN'T say that one is for kids... the depth is 70 cm, maybe less). In our room we've seen shoe prints on the wall.
This hotel was THE disappointment of our Italian vacation... actually, considering the price (€ 360.00/night) it was THE BIGGEST vacation disappointment of the last decade!

We liked the lively area, there are lots of restaurants, shops near to the hotel. The personal is very very helpful and friendly. The room is spotlessly clean. There is a parking area 20m from the hotel, it is very convenient. From the rooftop pool the view is very nice.

Luxurious location for families to visit jesolo, even in rainy days due to the pools in the hotel. Nice breakfast, good coffee, service with a smile ? Very near to the seashore. Sunbeds/umbrella is reserved. TOP Package!
