Super pet friendly, they even have dog beds available Seafront view room and balcony was super!.
Very nice staff. Would come back again.
The room needs a bit more renovation, specially the bathrooms.The AC was at 25°C and we couldn't make it colder.

Staff, location. All the people are really polite.Also real pet friendly hotel.
Management. For me is really hard to understand why returning guests, in February at low season, when asking late check out for 1-2h (we had golf game and want to come back to the hotel for shower) don’t be allowed?!? Asking 100€, then 75, 59…… for 1-2h at low season when hotel is not full!?!?
Not treating the guest at best way…. For sure this is not remark for ladies at the check in desk, but for here manager, owner… I don’t know whom

We really liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel, the extremely clean and tidy spa and pool, the extremely friendly staff and the very good location of the hotel.
Very bad breakfast. Juices and milk were rancid and sour. If you book the room through booking, then the parking is extra, otherwise it is free. The rooms are poorly maintained, the TV did not work, it was replaced later, there is no hot water in the shower, or if you turn the handle correctly after a lot of effort, the hot water flows very little, the beds are extremely bad. The hotel certainly does not deserve four stars, but the accommodation is certainly not worth the price you pay. The towels have a "sour" smell.

The view from the room was amazing. Also, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were wonderful. The location of the hotel is very convenience.
Despite it being winter, the temperature in the room was high, and even after adjusting the temperature, it didn't get to the right level, so I had to open the window to adjust the temperature. Also, the air in the room was very dry, and it made my throat hurt.
