The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious, selection at the breakfast was great and tasty. Parking was in a walking distance and had access to the car at any time (at other hotels the staff is needed). Location is perfect to stroll in the evenings, good restaurants nearby and many shops.
We received a room on 1st floor facing the inner courtyard, the view is not so great from here (the hotel could put some roof plants not to have an industrial feel). However our room was very quiet, the rooms facing the street could be noisy, having a bar next to the hotel. The kiosk at the beach makes up an 'Ibiza' like atmosphere especially in the afternoon, which is great for a while, but the staff was very kind to provide us a sunbed & umbrella a little bit away from this kiosk, and then it was OK. Otherwise everything was OK, our holiday was great at the hotel and at its beach.

Perfect central location, private beach and parking, good quality nearby restaurants. Hotel staff is very kind, receptionists with an exceptionally friendly and helpdul attitude during the entire stay. Clear room with balcony, partial view to the sea. A wide food and drink selection for breakfast. Overall, superb experience.

Location is great, close to the beach, close to a great choice of restaurants and shops. Breakfast buffet was good, with a good selection.
Even though on the hotel website it says beach chairs and umbrellas and parking would be for free, there are extra charges (depending on the room package apparently). EUR 10 for the parking, EUR 15 for beach chair & umbrella, PER DAY. Comparing that with many nearby hotels, that is a big negative. Also, even though the description of my room showed a balcony (which was the main reason I chose it), there was none. This seems to be more an issue between what is shown on Booking.com than what the hotel offers, but for me was a big disappointment.

I chose this hotel, only because of private parking on site and they had it. All guests parked there, but I was sent to a public parking 300 m from the hotel.
