**Positive Aspects:**
1. Relatively acceptable breakfast with a decent variety of options.
2. Clean and well-maintained breakfast room provided a pleasant start to the day.
**Negative Aspects:**
1. Outdated furniture and uncomfortable beds.
2. Severely flawed room layout with a cramped 1.5 square meter toilet area and a poorly designed shower.
3. Thin walls leading to disruptive noise from the elevator and neighboring rooms.
4. Unexpected extra charges for booking.com guests, including parking and sun lounger fees.
5. Presence of cockroaches on the bedding, highlighting hygiene concerns.

Location is number one. Its good to have the sunbed and umbrella in the price. Everyday cleaning and new towels.
You can clearly hear the neighbor room, the maid once started hovering at 7 am. Bathrooms are very small.

The staff was polite, breakfast delicious and the cleaning service great. Also the location is perfect. I recommend it and we would stay there again.
If you're going there with car be sure to check if there are any free parking spots left.

The breakfast was super ok. you had everything you wanted. From eggs to fruits everything was available. The good thing was definitely that it is close to the beach and you need to walk just 2 minutes. The employees are very nice and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The rooms were very old fashioned and definitely not like in the pictures. The bathroom had a strange smell. Showering and going to the toilet at the same time is not possible as the shower is directly over the toilet and you can just do one thing at the same time. the walls seem to be very thin as you can hear everything what is going on in other rooms. I can not imagine staying there for one week.

difficult to park nearly hotel. parking is so far from hotel. the rooms was dirty. the hotel is very very old, they made Renovasion 25-30 years ago. the shower in the same place with WC. its very strange
