A beautiful, renovated hotel right on the beach. The food is fresh, varied and delicious. The staff is very friendly and always ready to listen and help. The cleanliness is at an extremely high level. Parking provided, also an umbrella and two sunbeds on the beach for each room. Pet friendly hotel so pets can enjoy with you. Great location in the center of Jesolo, many restaurants, cafes and shops just a few steps away. What we also liked is that the dining tables are numbered for each room as well as the sunbeds on the beach and you always have a reserved seat no matter what time you arrive.
We will definitely come again.
Just a few days before arrival, we found out that cats cannot stay in the hotel, even though the hotel is pet friendly. The manager was very responsive and kind and offered an option to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of both parties. Top marks for that! The tip is to ask about the possibility of pets staying before booking, even though the hotel is pet friendly.

The staff is friendly and always smiling! Clean room healthy food and excellent service. You can access the beach with litterally 2 steps from the bar. The shops and coffees in the main street are just 100meter away. I really enjoyed every moment . Thank you and see you very soon

Super friendly staff. Good food and a diverse range.
For breakfast I think it could be buffet style very well. You have to wait to have a coffee or a glass of water until others are served food or coffee, plus they don't respect the turn. Whoever gets in the front gets served. This is a minus, I waited around 10 minutes before I could get a coffee or a glass of water, because there were other people being served who were getting in the front with food or drinks. It would be easier if we each got it straight ,rather than waiting for the restaurant staff to serve everyone. Private parking at the hotel is not for everyone. I don't know how it is done but some are allowed to park at the hotel others are sent to another car park which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Room cleaning was not always the best depending on who was cleaning. Blonde lady always in a hurry to finish and room was not always clean and tidy. Other cleaning staff was better.
