Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Whenever we had questions we got the answers.
The hotel had enough space on the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas and the beach was always clean.
The room was always clean and except for the shower very spacious.
Parking was available but very tight. If you don't have sensors or someone to guide you, or you are a beginner, you will have a hard time with some of the parking spots.
The balconies had some space to hang up your beach towels, but there could be more space.
The pool area needs renovations. We weren't really happy with the conditions of the shower there and the pool area in general (except for the sunbeds and umbrellas).
The shower in the bathroom was quite small, with almost no space to put your shower supplies.
Breakfast was always the same, and the quality of the food was on the lower end on my opinion, especially the egg scramble. I ended up eating the same food for a week because I didn't like anything else. There were no signs to know what some of the things were, so you had to guess and try. Most of the things I didn't like then. There was not enough variety in the healthy department either.

Disappointing
Hotel is next to the see and if you book a room with see view, you can have a nice view directly from your window.
In total the hotel is ok, nothing special. What i didnt like was the stuff. I have never seen such unfriendly stuff so far at the hotel. Their main purpose was only to remind me every time, that I have to pay extra for my 3y daughter as during the booking, it seems only 2 adults were selected (although I had used my booking filter with 2 adults and 1 child) We also had breakfast booked for the 3 days we stood there. Breakfast selection choice was very poor. We stayed in Italy the last years at different hotels, this was definitely the poorest breakfast ever. No vegetables at all, no variety no nothing. Same food all 3 mornings, not a single change. The 3rd day, we just had coffee and we went to eat outside the hotel. Believe me, for 15 Euros how much the breakfast cost, you can find way better alternatives outside. What was interested, that they wanted to charge us extra breakfast for our 3y daughter as well. I told them from the beginning that my daughter is eating our own stuff, as he had some stomach issues the week before and doctor recommended to give her only specific stuff (which of course we brought with us). Took me a while to explain, not to 1, but 2-3 person from the main desk, that I am not going to pay this. Which by the way, was not booked. The breakfast for me and my wife, was bookend and paid in advance. So again, dealing with people who only think how they can charge you extras for nothing Also to be noted, that we have requested a child seat the first day and after 10 min they have brought us a baby seat :) where our daughter was not even fitting at all. I have told them, with 15 Euros they can buy the cheap one from Ikea, which by the way, can be found in each hotel / restaurant we been for the last years. One last thing, the small fridge inside the room, its a JOKE :) you barely manage to put inside 2 bottles of water and for this you need to struggle. To conclude, one of the most disappointing experiences so far in Italy.

Location was excellent. Right on the beach. Also very close to main street. About 10 minute walk to bus station. Lift handy. Staff were great - great English and very friendly/helpful. Allowed us to leave our bags after check out. Pool was wonderful. Always got a sun lounger. Great temperature. Very very deep!! Couldnt stand up, but on the other hand had a diving board which was fun. There is also a mini pool which we lazed in sometimes. Room was decent sized. Had a balcony, but was very small balcony (wasn't able to fit chairs on it for example.) Housekeeping great - room always clean Had a mini fridge. No kettle or anything else. Bathroom large with shower. Very good shower pressure!
The wifi was terrible. Had lots of problems staying connected. Was unable to watch netflix at night time etc. That was very frustrating for me. Also it didn't even come up as an option when you were at the pool (as it is across a bridge so too far from reception to connect) Hair dryer was not very strong so would take a while to dry hair (no worries though the heat outside dried it pretty quick) I didn't rate the lunch menu and the pool boy was very strict about not bringing your own food/drinks to the pool (which I understand, but they need more options from the restaurant i.e french fries) The WIFI was definitely what made me not give this a 5* rating. Everything else I can understand is nit picking.

Great location and fantastic pool.
As a family with two children (7 and 6), we booked two rooms and asked for connected or neighboring rooms during the booking couple of months in advance.
It turned out at our arrival only that we have two separate rooms with another two in between. When we asked for help again we were told nothing can be done because we booked through Booking.com. So we ended up being in one double room for our whole stay, however charged for two double rooms at the end

Great location, with great views, clean rooms, clean common areas with a great pool and deck to relax in
The AC wasn't working and the bar/ restaurant wasn't open. The parking is a little inconvenient because I could move my vehicle because of how close the hotel parked other vehicles behind it

Wonderful
The room was clean, perfect size with comfortable bed. Location of the hotel is near the bus station.
The sound isolation can be better.
