very friendly staff, there were several bonuses from the hotel on site, they gave free bicycles for an unlimited time. on the first floor there is a nice bar with an exit to a busy street, which makes the hotel more party-like

Exceptional
Great rest, delicious breakfast, clean and comfortable room with balcony, free Wi-fi and conditioner after renovation. Responsive staff, will listen to all suggestions and criticism. The beach, shops, cafes, bars, public transport are located nearby. Amazing atmosphere at the bar downstairs, nice cocktails and music. Pet friendly. Free bicycles for riding around the area. You will be greeted by beautiful dog Chloe, which makes your stay even better.

Good location, owners dog was cute, breakfast was good.
Don’t have parking, they offer you private parking but for 5 days it was 100 euro. Sun beds if you want to enjoy beach you need to pay 18 euro per day.

Clean and extremely friendly atmosphere! Loved the vast choice of breakfasts/ meals.
Loved the karaoke night, we danced the night away at reception area.
Room was a lovely size, nice view from balcony. All the shops and beach were on the doorstep!
Waiting at reception for keys on my first night, i had informed them of time of arrival and ended waiting nearly an hour for someone to turn up.
Didnt like having to pay for sun loungers on beach, very disorganised trying to get a sun lounger and finding one allocated to us.

I think this hotel should be completely delisted from booking.com while its owner propagates the discrimination policy for all guests who make non-direct reservations. They call guests to persuade them to cancel booking.com reservations, provide additional discounts for direct booking, and include parking and beach umbrellas free of charge, We had to pay additional costs for everything. Moreover, the hotel staff emphasized several times that we made a wrong reservation so nothing was included for us. The room was very tiny for our family, the shower cabinet was not possible to close, Hotel was very noisy with loud music till late at night. The breakfast is very poor without any vegetables at all. I would say that this was the worst hotel among our 5 last stays in Lido de Jesolo.
Breakfast, service, attitude. Because we made the reservation through booking we felt ourselves as a second sort guest. The food was very bad, Our friend had a stomachache and vomit after eating the chicken bowl on the bar.

Location is in a great spot between the beach and the street. Bar staff is very friendly.
Hotel is extremely warm and the ducted AC was not cold at all. Lobby is hard to enjoy because they keep all doors and windows wide open, so it’s as hot inside as it is outside. We couldn’t sleep under the sheets at night because the AC in the room did not push enough cold air.
Breakfast is not worth the money. Purchased breakfast included in my stay and only used it one time. The rooms are very small. Just enough space to walk in front of the bed. The shower was smaller than a phone booth.
Then there’s the additional prices the hotel adds to everything. It was already an extremely expensive stay (not worth the size of the room). The hotel asks for €15/day for parking, €5/day to have a pet, € for breakfast, and €15/day for a beach chair outside. I’m not sure when hotels stopped worrying about hospitality, but forcing guests to pay for any extra amenities doesn’t seem like a good family style of business to me. It seems like a money grab. Owner of the hotel has a dog who remains on the property (in the lobby area) that frequently barks and nips at other dogs. His dog bit at my dog twice during our stay. My dog is twice the size, and luckily didn’t kill his dog because she is well trained.

Disappointing
We loved the owners dog! Best doggo ever!
We stayed here 4 nights during and after Easter. During Easter the hotel was okay, the bar made good coffee. But didn't serve any food or bites. There was no way of getting tea/coffee or hot water anywhere as soon as Easter ended. And even creepier, one evening when we tried to get out the front door was locked and not a single person was to be found. Luckily we where told about an exit that would be open after 1am and fortunately that was open. But it wasn't nice that we weren't told anything up front.
At least provide a water boiler for people to make coffee/tea or put a machine in the lobby.
The desk is waaaay to low to work at, not even a small teenager could work there.
The heater or airco doesn't work.
There is no shampoo or bath soap provided only a tiny piece of granny soap for 2 people.
The breakfast was not good at all; the coffee was disgusting, the croissants burned, and no vegan options at all not even an apple.

The hotel has a good location close to the sea, our rooms also had a teeny tiny Seaview which was pleasant. The staff was very helpful and the beach is also close. Breakfast was fine too.
Super loud music at the bar/reception area from the afternoon to midnight! The walls are thin so you can hear everything from door shuttings to people running up and down on the stairs. If I return, only if we can stay on the 3rd floor with no street view.
