The staff was always helpful, the location was great, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops on the main street. Everything seemed to be clean and well taken care of. Good prosecco as a welcoming gift.
Breakfast is too simple, I've eaten better in budget hotels. The bar was good but too expensive. Paid 7 euros for a drink that was 60% ice. Every little thing you want to do comes with a price. To have a place to sit near the pool is 6 euros per person per day, to have a towel to use for the pool or on the beach is 13 euros per piece, and to have a place on the private beach is 15 euros per day...and it's not that the price for the room was cheap, it's one of the most expensive in Lido di Jesolo. And be prepared to be woken around 5 am, when the garbage collector comes and it's impossible to not hear it since the glass on the windows is very thin. If we come back to the city, we'll probably look for other hotels that are cheaper and have similar value to Nettuno

Beach area is very nice. Enough space for each sun bed, clean beach and sea.
Staff at the reception not helpful, not welcoming and unfriendly. No value for money. The room is completely empty, not even a bottle of water is provided. Pool and Beach cost extra as well as pool towels.
Pool area dirty with sand from beach and not taking care of during the day.

Great beachfront location. Clerk at reception was extra polite but manager wasn't. You can rent a bike in front of hotel. Drinks and food are priced normally at hotel and nearby restaurants and caffe bars.
We were family, two adults and two daughters (3.5 and 7 years). When booking we couldn't reserve single room for all of us, so we booked by excluding younger daughter. This became huge problem to manager and he charged us extra 30 EUR per night withouth even providing extra bed, extra towels or any room upgrade. It was just price for oxygen so we will not be coming back to this place.

The reception service was superb. Even became more like a concierge during my stay to help me out! Not my first time, Thanks again Andrei and the rest of the staff. Food selection is excellent and rooms are comfortable too.

The location is the best. We arrived 3 hours early and were given a room at no extra charge. There are a lot of elevators, which keeps the waiting time to a minimum. The dinner offered at the hotel is very rich. Bikes are available in large quantities and in excellent working order. Coffee machines in sufficient quantity for breakfast, there were no queues at any time. Beach space is free, only a deposit is required. A comfortable bar by the beach itself, at very reasonable prices (cheaper than in the city).
Bottle openers and the usual kettle were missing in the room. The glasses were made of plastic.
