Very Good
Very good location of the hotel among the pine trees. Cleanliness and tidying of the room, availability of parking. Large pool, beach.
I didn't like the old and torn sun loungers. Very poor choice of food for breakfast!

The staff was lovely. We were checked in before time, no problem. The room was cleaned daily in the morning by a lovely lady. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The pool was clean, sun loungers on the beach and at the pool. We even got beach towels from the reception as we didn't have our owns
Communicating in english was challenging at times but the staff made every effort to accommodate our needs. The room was quite small.

Wonderful
The hotel offers everything necessary without any additional costs - the beach beds and towels are included in the room rate, the bicycles are being borrowed for free and the swimming pool is just excellent. The breakfast is more than sufficient (even though, I believe Italians could offer better coffee). The hotel is right on the beach and has the least crowded part of the beach in the precincts. In all and all, it is a great value for the money.
The hotel and its furnishing is quite outdated and the rooms were smelly, probably due to not being used and airing during the winter season. The staff does not speak English much, so the language of main communication is Italian and German.

I unfortunately had to shorten my trip due to a covid infection of a relative and left the hotel after 4 nights instead of 7. The hotel charged me an extra night that i actually asked for but had never been confirmed in my booking. The hotel receptionist pretended, the update was made in booking. But that was NOT TRUE, an extra night had never been confirmed! Additionally to that, when i asked them to keep the room reserved for the time I had paid for - hoping i might find a solution to comeback - they informed me, that if I didn't return in the next 36h they would rent the room to someone else. After refusing any reimbursement/kind gesture and charging me an extra night, I would not call it customer friendly!
I was totally depressed to have to shorten those holidays after working hard and non-stop during 6 months in a row. I was appealed by their lack of empathy. Covid is hitting everyone hard! They did NO kind gesture! Not even 1!!
I asked for a voucher to come back another time. Even 20 as an empathetic gesture would have been appreciated. Instead of time the hotel receptionist told me with a little smile, that I have no luck!
I've reached out to booking for some support but haven't received any response yet...
