Everything was great, the room, the balcony, the breakfast and the hosts. Really close to the beach, free parking.

A family-run hotel is located less than 200 meters away from the beach. It offers a free beach set consisting of an adjustable parasol and two sunbeds, which is a big benefit. The room (just like other hotel spaces) is clean and the bathroom very spacious. Self-served breakfasts are rich and very good including eggs, ham, sausage, cheese, fruits, yoghurts, vegetables, croissants and other sweets. The rooms have balconies where you can dry your towels or swimming costumes on washing lines. Wi-fi connection is mostly good. Parking for guests is available in front of and behind the hotel. There are supermarkets and many shops in close proximity of the hotel. The bus connection to Punta Sabbioni (from where you can travel to Venice) is just behind the corner, you just need to change the bus at the main bus station. In the tobacco shop you can buy a single return ticket to Venice for approx. 25 euro. The owners are very helpful and that's also one of the reasons why we really enjoyed our stay in Lido di Jesolo and we felt very comfortable.
Just petty things not destroying the overall positive picture: It takes some time until the cold water runs from the tap and the terrestrial TV signal in Jesolo is not optimal.

It was such an amazing stay! I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very welcoming, excellent location near the beach, delicious breakfast and comfy and quiet room. Simply wonderful!

Great location, 30m to the beach, with sideview on the sea from balcony. Nice and kind stuff, always smiling. Free parking provided by hotel.
They cleaning rooms and bathrooms everyday, also towels were changed everyday.
Someone might say the furniture is out of time. Yes, most of it is from 60s from last century. But it still works and its clean and not broken.
One thing which they need to change is breakfast. Is my all good, but if you are here for 3 or more nights you need some change - its always the same.
